Welcome to our recently and tastefully renovated mountain getaway! Our spacious 4-bedroom home is ideally located a short stroll from miles of beautiful hiking and biking trails, and only 4.5 miles from the lake and Heavenly Village. Close to everything but tucked into a quiet mountain setting.

Enjoy plenty of room to relax across two living areas. With 10 beds, the home is perfect for families and friend groups. You’ll find fun for everyone with the pool table, TVs, cozy fireplaces, and more.

Cook up meals in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the large dining table, and stay connected with high-speed internet. Whether you’re here for adventure or relaxation, this home has everything you need.

We're allowed to host 8, plus additional children under 6 years old, and we have beds for 16.

We expect all guests to be respectful, mature, and responsible. There is a zero tolerance policy abusive and negligent guests, loud groups, etc. If you want to squeeze 25 people into a house and party hard, this is not it. This is a tasteful, and well appointed home - please treat it as your own. This said, we are open to mature individuals who want to party but know how to treat other people and their things with respect. NO LOUD or LATE PARTIES.

Guests agree to comply with El Dorado County's Vacation Home Rental ordinances and our rental agreement (emailed separately), and failing to do so, or violation of home rules in the listing, may result in egregious penalties, forfeiture of security deposit, and even eviction.
