Tehachapi Mountain Lite

****Read carefully....This space allows access to all 2200 sq ft space on the 1st floor. (You will have the whole house to yourself). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms — perfect for a family or small group of 6. There are two bedrooms. King bed and full bed. (The large living room couch can comfortably fit two children or 2 young adults). We have a Hard Maximum of 6 total guests/visitors allowed on the property at any time. The optimal set-up is for 4 adults and two children.

Outdoor Fun & Relaxation
Unwind by the 30' x 15' inground fiberglass pool (installed in 1987), which, while not heated, offers a refreshing escape during pool season (June - September). The pool is cleaned weekly but may need a light skim before use due to the beautiful tree-lined surroundings.

Enjoy a variety of lawn games on the expansive front lawn, including cornhole and croquet, or kick back on the large wrap-around porch.

Spacious and Airy Living
You will have access to the main floor, its' two bedrooms, large living room, kitchen, laundry, and all the outdoor facilities. If you have more that six guests please visit the listing titled, Tehachapi Mountain House.

Airstreams on the Property
At certain times of the year, you may notice one or two Airstreams parked on the property. Please note that these Airstreams are not available for rent and are never occupied.

We kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by keeping noise levels to a minimum during your stay. Loud music and parties are not permitted to help maintain a peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in making our neighborhood a welcoming place.
