Great house! Lots of room and comfortable accommodations. The water park across the street closes relatively early so noise from that is not a problem at all. The host is very responsive and kind. Had a wonderful time

There is no driveway. You get maybe one spot in front of house (if available). Instructions on where else to park were unclear and were told if wrong spot would get towed. House sleeps 10 so we had 10 people and 4 cars. Logistical nightmare. 3 cars had to park very far away in pouring rain, and still worry if would get towed. Strange town parking is not clear. Maid left dishes piled up next to sink and dishwasher full (presumably all washed). 4 bath towels were put out for 10 people. One towel noticeably stained. At least one bed did not have sheets changed - the master had hair and dirt in sheets. We appreciated being allowed to drop our overnight bags early before hopping on a fishing charter.

The owners "friend" was still there "cleaning" when we arrived. The address given is NOT the address of the property and I had to pull up the picture of the place on the app to compare to figure out that we were at the right location. The owner apparently does not have good relationships with the nieghbors, they were immediatly speaking poorly of her and telling of past customers complaints.The place is very lived in, I feel pretty certain that when the owner gets a reservation that she just goes and stays at a friends house while customers are in her house. There is mail in the drawers, food in the fridge etc.There was hair in every bathroom of the house! The house needs a thorough deep cleaning done, by a professional company. The layout of the house is fabulous and it is very large and can accommodate many guests! We were 3 couples and there was room leftover! We had a fabulous time walking around town, to the beach, and the boardwalk. It is a great location if the time of year is right, we were there in April and not much is open yet as it is too early in the season. Communication with the host was spotty at best. She would eventually reply with an excuse as to why she couldn't respond right away, ie "she was in a meeting" at 7pm on a Sunday evening. I probably would not book this place again. I was traveling with people who never used VRBO before and I was embarressed by how dirty the place was and had to keep apologizing because I felt so bad about it.

First, the home address provided was inaccurate. When we arrived at the location given, we could not find the property and had to text the owner to get the correct address.After check-in, we found the house had not been cleaned at all. There was trash in the bathrooms and kitchen, and dust on the stairs, sofas, and other areas. Everything appeared to have been left as-is from the previous guests. It was terrible.We contacted the owner right away, but instead of resolving the issue, the owner gave excuses and promised that cleaners would come the next day. No one showed up. After that, we tried contacting the owner again, but the owner stopped responding completely.The owner was unprofessional and unethical. I would strongly recommend that no one book this property.

The property is poorly managed, grossly misrepresented in the online listing, in fact, the photos are from when the property was sold to the current owner 7 years ago and are not reflective of the current state of the property. It is obvious the unit is experiencing foundational issues.We reached out to the property owner because the address for the listing is inaccurate and She had to give us the actual address and code. We had to contact her BACK because of how unclean the unit was. Upon arrival we went through the unit to make sure it was in proper order and notate any concerns, when we found the unit was dirty, animal feces on the 3rd floor bedroom carpet, it was obvious the carpets had not been vacuumed, nor the floors had been swept, nor mopped. I am heavily allergic to dust, mold and other household allergens. The owner did come back, super apologetic and removed most of the Carpets, spot cleaned a couple areas and said she has a paid cleaning crew who obviously did not do a good job. She also said she was not the owner but property manager. Apologized again and left. Both neighbors on either side confirmed she is the property owner and does not have a cleaning crew. We are requesting a refund of 2/3 of the money paid to original form of payment.The back yard has fungus growing on the furniture which is dilapidated and unable to be used. I spent the first day of my vacation cleaning the unit. Complaining and trying to find another place was not an option.
