- To prevent humidity and mildew, always keep windows and sliding doors shut.
2. Remote Screens Must Stay Up When Not in Use
- Wind and rain can cause significant damage. Please retract screens when not actively using them.
3. No Wet Clothes on Furniture
- Please hang wet clothes and towels in designated drying areas only.
4. Nothing May Be Hung on Balconies
- For safety and in accordance with local regulations, do not hang items on balcony railings.
5. Shake Off All Sand Before Entering
- Shake out beach towels thoroughly before entering the home or placing them in the laundry.
6. Rinse All Beach Gear After Use
- Be sure to rinse the wagon, chairs, and umbrellas after every use to prevent rust and wear.
7. Rooftop Cushions Must Be Stored Inside After Use
- Bring rooftop cushions inside after use to avoid weather-related damage.

- No pool use is allowed after 8:00 PM. Please respect this quiet period.

- A scheduled pool cleaning takes place every Monday. Kindly avoid pool use during this time.

10. Noise Ordinance: Quiet Hours Begin at 9:00 PM
- Per town ordinance, loud noise is not permitted after 9:00 PM. Please keep voices and music low.
🗑️ Trash & Cleaning Responsibilities
11. Trash Collection Days: Tuesday & Friday Mornings
- Take bins to the curb the night before.
- Bring them back up after pickup.
- Failure to take out the trash will result in a $100 fee.
🚭 Smoking & Damage Fees
12. No Smoking Inside the Home
- Smoking indoors will result in a $500 fee.
- Please use designated outdoor areas only.

13. Late Checkout Fee
- Checkout time is strictly enforced.
- Staying past checkout will result in a $50 fee for every 15 minutes over the scheduled time.
*Host/property owner are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
*GUEST OBLIGATIONS: REPORTING UNCLEANINESS OR DAMAGES WITHIN 2 HOURS OF CHECK-IN: When you reserve and/or book your stay (as applicable), you understand and expressly agree that you will have 2 hours from the time of your check-in to report any uncleanliness issues or damages present in the home or on the property upon your arrival. Any such issues must be reported to the Host in writing and accompanied with timestamped photos of the reported issue. You also understand and expressly agree that if you fail to report any uncleanliness issues or damages accompanied by timestamped photos within this 2-hour window: (1) you will be deemed to have accepted the home and property’s condition at the time of your check-in, and (2) you will then be responsible for full payment of any damages or excessive cleaning required beyond the normal post-stay cleaning process, and (3) Host will be entitled to recoup payment from you for any corresponding charges that may apply. By booking/reserving this property, Guest understands and acknowledges the following: 1) there is no lifeguard or other attendant on duty at any time for the pool or the surrounding pool area, 2) there is an inherent risk with swimming in the pool, playing in or around the pool area, and entertaining in the pool or its surrounding area, 3) children, people with disabilities, elders and pets should never be left unattended in, near, or around the pool and should always be supervised, and 4) no broken glass or other harmful objects or items are to be left in, around, or near the pool or its surrounding area. GUEST FURTHER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT GUEST IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY OF EVERY KIND FROM USE OF THE POOL AND THE SURROUNDING POOL AREA BY GUEST, GUEST’S FAMILY (IF ANY), GUEST’S PETS (IF ANY) AND ANY GUESTS OF GUEST DURING GUEST’S STAY AT THE PROPERTY.
