We`ve included one membership card for your use, which grant access to the resort`s amenities for you and up to 3 guests. This is normally a $59 charge at the front office! Foxhound Pool:

This is the smallest of our outdoor pools which makes it great for children. It is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

Tennis Courts at Beaver Lake:

Courts are available on a first come first serve basis.o

Please Read Before Booking:
Our cabin offers a peaceful retreat in a beautiful, remote wooded area, perfect for those looking to disconnect and enjoy nature. However, due to the nature of the location and property, we kindly ask all guests to review and acknowledge the following before booking:
-Use of Amenities: The river, hot tub, swings, fire pit, tubes, and kayaks are provided for guest use but are used at your own risk.
-Children must be supervised at all times due to the natural environment and outdoor features.
-Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furnishings, amenities, or equipment during their stay.
-The property is in a remote area where power outages or utility disruptions may occasionally occur, especially during storms or high winds. These are rare but beyond our control. Refunds will not be given in these events.
-Certain amenities may become unavailable or closed without notice due to maintenance, safety concerns, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for this.
House Rules & Guidelines:

*Trash Disposal: Use only kitchen trash bags (13 gallons or larger) for disposing of waste in outdoor trash bin. Our garbage service does not collect loose trash or smaller bags. There will be a $100 fee for cleanup.

*AC Temperatures: In the Summer, please do not set the air lower than 69 degrees or it may result in the unit freezing up and breaking. You will be held responsible for all repairs of the system.

*Plumbing Care: Flush only toilet paper. No wipes or feminine products should be flushed due to our sensitive septic system. Please avoid disposing of food down the sink.

*Riverbank Preservation: Refrain from throwing stones into the river as they protect against erosion. Please do not move any of the rocks at the bank as well as in the river in the area we have created for the kids enjoyment.

*Noise Consideration: Adhere to the outdoor noise curfew of 10:00 pm-8:00 am to respect our neighbors` peace. Security may be called.

* Amenities Passes: Please place them back in the bowl when you are done using or there will be a $50 fee if they are lost. Please ensure to adhere to the resort`s rules and guidelines to enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience. We are not responsible or provide refunds if any of the amenities are not available at the time of your stay.

*Water Safety: Please be sure that children are supervised by the river and hot tub.

*Fishing License: Georgia law requires a fishing license for anyone over the age of 16. You can obtain one at the local Walmart close by.

*Smoking/Vaping: No smoking or vaping inside or on the deck. A $250 charge will be added if smoking is detected inside or if butts are left on the property.

* Cameras: No disabling, blocking, or tampering with the cameras or wifi. Your stay will be terminated without a refund.

*Refunds: No refunds for early departures, late arrivals, or no-shows. No compensation for events out of our control, like weather or power outages.

*Liability: Guests use the property at their own risk and hold On The Rocks at Riveredge harmless for accidents, injuries, or losses during their stay.

* Please Note:
Guests are responsible for any lost or damaged equipment. If a kayak is lost or damaged, a replacement fee of $250 will apply. For a paddle, the replacement fee is $50. We appreciate your care and understanding!

Pet Rules – Please Read Carefully

We love hosting furry guests! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review and follow the pet rules below:
1. Pet Registration Required
• All pets must be registered at the time of booking.
• Unregistered pets will incur a $300 fee.
2. No Excessive Barking
• Please be mindful of noise levels. Continuous barking may disturb neighbors and wildlife.
3. Leash Required
• Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the cabin.
4. Clean Up After Your Pet
• Guests are required to pick up and properly dispose of pet waste immediately.
5. Do Not Leave Pets Unattended
• Pets may not be left alone in the cabin at any time, even if crated.
6. Bring Your Own Supplies
• Please bring your pet’s own toys, bedding, food, and bowls.
7. No Pets on Furniture or Bedding
• To keep our space clean and allergen-free, pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds.
8. You Are Liable for Any Damage
• Guests are responsible for any damages caused by pets, including but not limited to:
• Scratches on doors or furniture
• Stains or odors
• Chewing or destruction of property
