• NO SMOKING: No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. A $1,500 fine will be applied for any violation.

• NO PETS: Pets are not permitted on the premises. A $1,000 fine will be imposed for any violations.

• NO PARTIES: Parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Only the number of guests listed at booking are allowed in the house.

• DAMAGES: Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items and agree to pay the retail value for any such items.

• LOCAL GUEST BOOKING POLICY: Locals must first contact host prior to booking. Failure to do so may result in cancelation without the possibility of a refund.

• PRIMARY GUEST AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary guest making the reservation must be 35 years of age or older.





Good to Know:

• All properties are contactless checkin. All check-ins begin at 4 PM unless otherwise approved in writing. Edits made in Airbnb to an earlier time do not override this policy.

• Late arrivals after 8 PM are still welcome, but live assistance may be limited.

• Local residents must message before booking. Non-inquiry local bookings may be canceled without refund.

• If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to a 3% processing fee. This does not apply to HVMB reservations.

• After booking, you may be asked to complete a rental agreement or provide additional details for Chady Property Management—just to ensure everything is set for your stay!



Important to Know: In the summer, you might see ladybugs inside the house. They are harmless and part of the natural setting.
