Located in Southgate Courtyard Villas, Saltwater Serenity is in a prime location on the East End of St. Croix. Southgate is a quaint gated community of 24 one-bedroom condos, and Saltwater Serenity is on the upper level (2nd floor) featuring 14-ft West Indies style ceilings. With high ceilings, rear French doors and screen doors in the front and back, Saltwater Serenity is bright and breezy.

Saltwater Serenity has a beautiful view of the sparkling pool and swaying palms. Enjoy swimming in the private pool, basking in the sun, or lounging in one of the shaded cabanas. When you get hungry or thirsty, walk next door to Cheeseburger in America’s Paradise!

From Saltwater Serenity, you can take a short walk (9 mins) or quick drive (2 mins) to Southgate Coastal Reserve/Chenay Bay Beach. This peaceful beach is perfect for morning walks, stress-free days, and serene sunsets. Beach gear is available at Saltwater Serenity, including beach towels, chairs, a wagon, and a cooler.

Saltwater Serenity provides the convenience of self check-in with an easy-to-use smart lock. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a gate code and a keypad code. A gate opener and door key are also available inside the condo.

Guests have access to the entire condo (including one bedroom with king-size bed, one bathroom, living room with queen-size sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area for 4, balcony with bistro set for 2, and washer/dryer) and pool (including deck, sun loungers, and cabanas).

To help you plan your well-deserved vacation, a digital welcome book will be provided with information regarding our favorite restaurants and things to do. A printed copy will also be available inside the condo.

Saltwater Serenity may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges. There are stairs leading to the entrance and other features that are not ADA-compliant. If you have specific accessibility needs, please contact us and we will be happy to provide more details.
