This cottage is centrally located close by Saint Marry University toward the city center. The design resembles a southwestern cowboy style with modern elements and presents a mix of country & urban lifestyle in Texas.

The house features three bedrooms and one bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with queen beds, while the third has twin bunk beds with a twin trundle and steady stairs.

The country-style living room offers a cozy atmosphere with a large TV and a leather recliner couch. The garden-style kitchen is well-equipped with dimmable cabinet lighting and stainless steel appliances, including a microwave, stove with oven, and a spacious French door refrigerator.

The modern, grey urban-style bathroom features a rain shower head for a refreshing shower experience. Each bedroom has its own unique theme:

Bedroom 1: A rustic cowboy-style retreat.
Bedroom 2: A vibrant, pink cowgirl-inspired space.
Bedroom 3: A playful farm-and-forest animal-themed room for kids.

The home also offers a spacious driveway with three free parking spots—please exercise caution when backing out onto the street. Additionally, the backyard provides a great space to relax, complete with a high-tech digital BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and gatherings.

The house fits rodeo theme very well, and it is located very close to Oyster Bay at Saint Mary University during fiesta season.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the lively space inside the house, the cozy patio at the back, the backyard and spacious parking. The sheds at the backyard are not accessible for guests.

The backyard of the house might still need some work on getting a higher privacy fence, while it offers spacious free parking spaces, access to BBQ grill at backyard and security with 24-hour security camera outdoor. You are welcome to hangout on the deck as long as you don't mind the neighbor's chickens. The house has a front yard by road, but please expect sounds of cars on the road while you are in the house.
