The Space:
Our 1,100 sq. ft. home accommodates up to 6 adult guests comfortably, however a total of 8 guests, accounting for small children, can stay in the home.

The master suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We are also within a 15 minute drive to many local places including Legoland and the beach.

Guest Access:
Guest will receive check-in instructions 24 hours before check-in time. A digital code will be provide which allows the guest to check in on their own.

Other things to Note:

The primary renter will be required to complete a quick (5 minute) background check. This process will ask for a copy of your ID and will include signing a rental agreement.

Our home comfortably accommodates 6 adults guests, however, up to 8 can sleep in the home, when accounting for small children in your group.

High-Chair and Pack-and-Play available upon request and are included in the price of the rental.
Please let us know a few days before your arrival so we can ensure it's set up when you arrive.

Beach equipment is also included in your rental. Please let us know if you will be in need of the wagon, canopy, and ice chest as these are housed offsite. We will bring them to the house prior to your arrival.

Parties/gathering (including small ones) need prior approval.

Pet are allowed but incur a $50/pet fee. Two pets max. Additional pets may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. When booking select that your "Traveling with Pets."

Security cameras (active recording device) are located at the driveway, front door, and side entrance of the house. All cameras face outwards towards the street. Camera captures audio and video data. Noise/smoke monitor located in home. Device actively monitors home environment, but does not record audio. Front, back, and side patio lights are motion detector lights.
