Month-long Rental at Sea Coast in Unit 511

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had stayed in March 2016 in Sea Coast in a very updated condo. In March 2017, we stayed in a condo that had almost no updates. The kitchen needed total updating. The burners on the stove didn't lay flat, the oven took multiple tries before it would turn on. There was a note on the dishwasher that said it no longer dried the dishes, and the detergent cup was broken. The sofa had a slipcover on it, and the stuffing from the sofa was coming through the slipcover. The verticals on the sliding door were askew. Compared to our rental the year before, we were very disappointed. The air conditioning didn't work well either. The toaster oven appeared to toast on only one side. On a positive note, there were plenty of linens and towels, and there were beach chairs for our use. Some of our complaint would be okay if you were only renting for a week, but a month was too long.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hello, we really enjoyed our stay at the Sea Coast condo. the location is perfect, facing the sea and the beach. The conBonjour, nous avons beaucoup aimé Notre séjour au Sea Coast condo. l’emplacement est parfait, face à la mer et la plage. Le condo lui-même manque un peu d’amour et la propreté laisse un peu à désirer. Mais il ne manque rien à notre confort. do itself lacks a little love and cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. But there is nothing missing from our comfort.

Needs improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, acceptable however. Bedroom smelled like mildew, particularly bedding I had to wash pillows,comforter, sheets. Sofa was stained and had the same musty smell. refrigerator was “painted”on the frontand rusted on the side. Inside was very clean. Kitchen and bathroom coulduseanupdate no screen on the sliding door. Pool and pool area, very nice. Common areas were dirty ie elevator hallways

Seacoast vacation February 2018

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect. I loved being able to sit in the sun and have my breakfast on the balcony every morning. The view was just beautiful. The units’ appliances and decor need to be upgraded but generally satisfactory. The pool area and other amenities are immaculately clean and very accessible. The winter residents are all very friendly and they organize many enjoyable activities. Bingo, shuffleboard, happy hours and coffee times together. There are many very good restaurants in the area and plenty of shopping.

Great vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a wonderful vacation spot for families who just want to relax by the beach! Beautiful views and no large crowds. There are a lot of nice local shops and restaurants, with friendly people. Plus it's just a short drive to the larger tourist sites in Daytona or Orlando. The condo and pool area was always clean. The staff were helpful and nice. The only thing I could think to complain about is that the condo may seem a little outdated. But even that wasn't bad. We have fallen in love with NSB!
