The Best Place in Lincoln

We have stayed here twice now and we absolutely love it. I cannot say enough good things. The room is stunning and extremely clean (and I am very picky about cleanliness)! It’s only about five min from the ice castles and from Loon mountain so it’s the perfect winter retreat. We’ve also stayed here in the summer and had a wonderful time. It has everything you would need to enjoy your time here and the view of the mountain from the deck is stunning. One of our most relaxing retreats, we will absolutely be back! I really recommend it for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in the area at all times of the year.

Cozy place perfect for 2!

My 15 year old daughter and I LOVED this condo. It was super clean, well decorated, and cozy! Sue and Bob answered any questions we had quickly and were very accommodating! They left us little treats and had a sign welcoming us as well. We definitely want to go back someday.

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The indoor pools and hot tubs were great. Sure wish there was a cafe.' Few restaurants in Lincoln! If there is a AAA, AARP, or at least a Senior discount we might be able to stay again. As just a retired couple we know we don't count, but at least we can leave our own personal feedback.

Perfect getaway

This was the perfect spot for a weekend ski trip for two. The location was extremely close to the mountain and local restaurants. The space had wonderful decorations and personalized touches from the owner. The river running outside the balcony was very relaxing. Check in was easy as well. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay during my husbands birthday. Sue and Bob did so much to make it special! They were very quick to respond and their condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Beautiful condo, thoughtful, attentive hosts

We stayed three nights in this cozy, comfortable, beautifully decorated condo in Lincoln. It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for us in every way. It was immaculate and had everything we needed. The tasteful decor and personal touches provided by the owners (muffins, chocolate, sparkling grape juice) made us feel right at home. The location is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, yet private and peaceful with spectacular views of the mountains and the river from the balcony. Sue and Bob were kind, helpful, attentive hosts. Sue went above and beyond in reaching out to us to offer suggestions for day trips and sightseeing, as well as great recommendations for restaurants and shopping. Thank you, Sue and Bob for sharing your lovely, peaceful place with us and for helping to make our time in New Hampshire a rich and rewarding experience. A LOVELY PLACE ON THE KANCAMAGUS HIGHWAY

We only had one night at this condo, but our stay was terrific. Bob and Susan were highly attentive hosts, providing very specific directions and suggestions prior to our stay and nice personal touches for our stay (our names on the board as we walked into the unit, candy, popcorn, and other treats, etc.). The condo was in pristine condition and filled with fall decorations; we especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony. It is located next to the river (we walked there twice curing our short stay) and in the middle of town - very close to restaurants and shops. The best part is that the unit is located at the western end of the Kancamagus Highway, which (in our opinion) is one of the most beautiful fall drives in the country. In short, we highly recommend this condo and will plan to stay there again in the future. Thanks to Bob and Sue for being such wonderful hosts!

Wonderful weekend in the woods!

My partner and I stayed in Sue & Bob's wonderful studio unit in early September. They were helpful in letting us know that foliage hadn't started turning yet this year, in case we were hoping to visit for that reason, but we were simply looking for a quick weekend getaway to enjoy the last of summer, so foliage wasn't a factor. When we arrived there was a brief issue with the keycard not working, but after a call to Sue, she arranged for a staff member to bring up a new card. Sue even made sure we got in and that we checked to see if the new card worked (we had not done this, but we were reminded that keycards must not be put next to other cards or they'll deactivate). This was sorted out in under 10 minutes. When we walked in to the studio unit it felt so cozy and was incredibly welcoming, and well-decorated, it offered all the amenities we were looking for; a kitchen to make breakfast the following day, all the utensils and kitchen gear you could need while being away from home. It's clear that they put so much thought into hosting guests, like the welcome message in the entryway and providing baked goods and popcorn and tea and coffee for our use— a welcome detail for when you're settling in and just want to enjoy some down time in the balcony. By the way, from the balcony we could hear and see the Pemigewasset River directly below, and the sound of the rushing water in late summer (after rains) was just amazing! Sue and Bob were great hosts, they went above and beyond in reaching out to offer dining options and activities for our first day with rainy forecast (dinner at Woodstock Inn and Brewery, and a visit to the Christmas Loft), and nearby hiking recommendations for the following day with sunny and warmer weather. We found the location to be ideal, both where it is in Lincoln, NH and the studio's view to the mountains and river below. We would absolutely love to stay here again, and would recommend anyone looking to visit Lincoln, NH during any time of the year!

We came up to hike, bike and kayak in FNSP. Sue and Bob were excellent hosts. They were quick and spot on with recommendations! The unit was exactly what we needed. It was clean, well kept and well stocked! It was wonderful to come in to a personalized greeting and welcoming treats after our 9 hour journey!! The location of the unit within the building was wonderful! Easy access to parking lot and facing the Pemi in the back of the building. Thank you Bob and Sue for being available to answer our biking and kayaking questions. Ps...the common man restaurant is an absolute MUST!!! And in walking distance. Get the Pot Roast!!!!!

Perfect Weekend Giveaway

Typically it takes a few hours to transition from everyday life to being fully relaxed and in "vacation mode", but this weekend we felt the switch immediately as soon as we walked into our room. The decor helped you feel as if you were in a cabin in the woods and the calm rush of the river gave an extremely relaxing vibe. Not to mention how nice it was to sit out on the porch with a beautiful view of the mountains! Bob and Sue did a tremendous job providing detailed instructions, recommendations for nearby sights, and keeping the property clean and inviting. They even left us balloons, champagne, and a card to help us celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and graduate degree! If we could give 6 stars, we would. We're definitely going to recommend this to our friends and family and would love to go back again soon!

Excellent property and attentive hosts.

The property was great and the personal touches were fantastic. The place was exactly as shown and described. The hosts responded to questions immediately. The place was cute. The deck was nice. Walking distance to Black Mtn Burger and several other spots. The only issues were odd property rules such as the outdoor pool closing at 8:30 PM and the rather hilarious check in procedure, but those are not things the hosts can control. Would definitely stay here again.

Great trip!

Would love to stay here again! My boyfriend booked this location as a birthday trip for me. The room was ready for us with a bunch of treats and thoughtful touches for my birthday. Including a birthday card, balloon, sparkling grape juice, homemade cookie and more!! I could tell the owners put a lot of thought into everything. The room was perfect, love the location. Just a few minutes from Loon Mt and walking distance to some great restaurants. The hot tub was great after a full day of snowboarding. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean, cozy, centrally located.

The property was clean, cozy and right near the mountain, the shuttle took us right to the mtn and took us back each day with no problem! The property is located near the shopping centers so walking over to do some shopping in the afternoon snow was a dream! All in all would definitely stay here again!

This property has a fabulous location. You can easily tailor your vacation to be as active or laid back as you like. The resort sits off the road abutting the river so that you have a peaceful oasis off of your balcony yet you can easily walk to shops and restaurants. Get in the car and within minutes you have breath taking views of the white mountains. Bike ride, swim, ski, shop, possibilities are limitless.

There are many condos in Lincoln but I love that this one sits right on the river. The unit has a wonderful view of the mountain and river access from the property. It's kept very clean and a great value! Save over 40% by booking privately instead of through the lodge. Come once and you'll want to visit again. :D
