The entire condo is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

The ground floor condo and its amenities are accessible via elevator from the lobby. The condo is unlocked via a keyless digital door lock. We will provide the code for this prior to your check-in.

The condo is a part of ONE Mambo Beach, with outstanding facilities you can freely use during your stay.

[Dedicated concierge] Unlike most Curacao listings - Bocobay properties ensure you have an on the ground concierge to:

1) Meet you at the property and ensure everything runs smoothly,
2) Swap your dirty beach and bath towels complimentary so you don’t have to spend time washing and drying towels,
3) Dedicated point of contact should you need anything such as a taxi, questions answered or a reservation made!

[Cleaning] Health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, each home is professionally deep-cleaned and prepared before you arrive and after you depart.

[Check-in/out] Check-in is at 4.00pm and check-out is 10:00am. Earlier check-ins and later check-out are possible depending on availability, an additional charge may apply.

[Meet & Greet] You will be welcomed at the home upon your arrival and helped to settle in.

[Wi-Fi & TV] Complementary fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There are smart TVs in the living area.

[All taxes and utilities are included] When comparing rentals please check for these, as many other properties will not include these costs in their prices.

[Electricity] Unlike most operators in Curaçao, we do not charge separate fees for electricity use - the price you see when booking is the full price you’ll pay. To help us protect the island’s fragile environment and control high electricity costs, we ask that you be mindful when consuming energy. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the property.

[Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
