The house was a little cozy nest at the end of the day! More than enough room and very clean! We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Loved having a garage to park the rental car in.

Traveling with 4 adults, a 3 yr old and a 9 mo old, the house worked out nicely for our trip to Kalispell. I only gave 3.5 stars for cleanliness as the carpets in the bedrooms were quite stained and dirty. The floors in the rest of the house were clean except under the couches where there were a lot of "large dust bunnies". The kids played with the basket of toys which many made there way under the couches and needed to be cleaned off after they were retrieved. With a newly crawling 9 month old, the cleanliness of the floors was important. We also took advantage if the grill. Thankfully we checked it out well before we were ready to use it as the grates were filthy and the propane tank was left wide open and therefore had no gas remaining. We did get a quick response to my text and tools to clean the grill were provided along with a refilled propane tank in plenty of time before we were ready to cook. The step down from the kitchen to the dining room was also a little precarious for our new crawler and my disabled husband but we didn't have any falls. The laundry was nice to have available - we went home with clean clothes rather than piles of laundry to do when we got home. We were able to fit both our vehicles in the garage. The playground for the elementary school across the alley was a hit with my granddaughter. The added touches of the Huckleberry taffy and local coffee were nice as well. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Exceeded Expectations! This charming home was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids traveling to visit family in Kalispell. We arrived on a warm day. Someone had thoughtfully turned on the two window A/C units and fans in every room before we arrived. The home is very clean (always my biggest concern), the beds have good comfortable mattresses and pillows, and many extra amenities were provided: quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Aveeno body lotion, thick, fluffy bath towels, a bag of local coffee, tea, and huckleberry taffy which my grandkids enjoyed. Traveling with kids, it was great to have a laundry room with a washer/dryer and laundry detergent available. Laundry baskets in each bedroom is a nice touch. I was a little worried that having only one bathroom might be problematic for 5 people. However, the bathroom is not small and has double sinks and vanities which made it more comfortable, and it worked out just fine.We were able to park our large Ford Expedition in the garage, which was really nice when it rained. We had fun riding the bicycles and scooters we found in the garage.Check-in and check-out was super easy. I appreciated the Guidebook sent via email and the text messages from Stephanie. It was easy to contact rental management.I grew up in this neighborhood and my grandkids had fun playing in the park behind the alley where I attended school.
