This property dates back to 1382. The big house was completely renovated in 2015.

Capacity: Mas Salom (12 people + 4)

The farmhouse includes spacious rooms decorated in a rustic style: 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with individual beds. 3 bathrooms, 2 spacious living rooms with fireplace, a children's play area, 2 fully equipped kitchens (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee makers, etc.), and, yes, a football table where both adults and children will have a great time!

Outdoors: swimming pool and fenced pond, barbecue, outdoor furniture, tent, and the old barn in an incomparable setting.

Experience a real agricultural atmosphere while strolling through our farm. Young and old alike can discover what life is like on a farm with a guided tour. 100% family friendly!

Escape to our farmhouse located in Camp dels Ninots, a unique natural setting with a paleontological site in the thermal town of Caldes de Malavella. 15 minutes from the beautiful city of Girona and 30 minutes from the beaches of the Costa Brava. Our rural house is ideal for children and family groups; we do not accept groups of young people.

REMARKS
- Christmas, New Year's Eve, Easter, and long weekends, please inquire about prices.
- Minimum stay in low season: 2 nights
- Minimum stay in July and August: 1 week / 1 fortnight (Saturday to Saturday)

- Prices include VAT.
- Price per person in an extra bed: €18 per person per night.
- Mandatory tourist tax: €1.32 per person per night.
- Payment of 25% of the total upon confirmation of the reservation.
- Deposit of €200.
- Exclusivity fee for the property to be determined according to the length of stay (only applicable to Mas Salom: the large house).
- Free late check-out (subject to availability).
- The rate includes sheets and towels for each guest, as well as kitchen towels. Cleaning products and food are not included. One roll of toilet paper is provided in each bathroom and one dishwasher tablet for the first use.
- Advance notice of your expected arrival time is required.
- All guests must present their identification upon arrival.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is not permitted inside the house or in the rooms.
- Parties are not allowed in the accommodations.
