The Accommodation
PERIFERIA SUITE, like PERIFERIA HOME, is a self-sustaining cabin designed for those who wish to enjoy special moments with a partner, complete relaxation, and comfort, all while disconnecting from the usual routine.

Guest Access
All guests of Periferia Suite have access to all the facilities inside the cabin, as well as to the trees located in front of it.

PROPERTY RULES

Smoking is prohibited.
Events, meetings, or parties are not allowed.
Visitors are not allowed at any time of day.
Only registered guests are allowed. If you have an unexpected or last-minute guest, they must be registered on the website or the host must be informed. This will incur an additional charge per person, per night.
Do not flush paper down the toilet, as it could damage the water treatment system that recycles water for use in the plants.
If you bring any additional electrical devices, please inform the host, as our energy is solar-powered and there is a limit to the number of devices that can be connected.
Please turn off lights and fans when not in use, as our electrical system is powered by solar panels.
Music must be kept at a reasonable volume and should be turned off completely by midnight, out of respect for other guests.
The property has maintenance and cleaning staff available for hire during your stay for an additional fee. Please check with the host.
All items provided in the suite for your comfort may be used, but we kindly ask that you return them to their proper place. If any dishes are used, please wash them, along with the coffee maker. All trash should be placed in bags and left at the entrance to the house.
Please respect the house, gardens, and plants or trees.
In the event of damage, loss, or theft of keys, items, or furniture belonging to the property, charges will apply for each missing or damaged item.
At check-out, Narciso will inspect the rooms to check the white towels. If any towels are found stained, an additional charge will apply for the damage.
