Ken's Tranquil Harbor is the perfect place to land after a day on the water or at the beach. With two bedrooms and two and a half baths, this pet-friendly property is a comfortable home away from home for military members, boaters, fishermen, and vacationing families. The waterfront location offers amazing views of Big Lagoon. Upon entering, you'll find a spacious living room with comfortable leather furniture and a large smart TV. Step out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset, watch the boats go by or experience the thrill of watching the Blue Angels practice sessions, or peek at your boat docked at the marina next door. The indoor dining area offers a table with ample seating for 6 as well as spots at the counter. Stocked with everything you'll need to cook meals at home, the kitchen is open to the dining and living room so you can stay connected to your family and friends. A workspace is available when business demands your attention. A half bathroom is convenient to the living area.

Upstairs you'll find the master bedroom with an expansive wall of windows to enjoy the panoramic view of the water. In addition to the comfortable king-size bed, kick back on the sectional couch to watch a movie on the big screen TV. An en suite bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower, double sinks and a balcony over the entrance of the home. Down the hall, you'll find a second bedroom with king-size bed. The second full bathroom features a step-in shower as well as a stacked washer and dryer for your use.

On the ground floor of the townhome, the garage is available for storage of your fishing or beach gear. A waterfront patio on the back of the home features an outdoor dining area seating four and a grill to prepare your fresh catch! Bring your paddle board or kayak and access Big Lagoon for a morning paddle. You'll enjoy driveway parking with room for your vehicle and boat trailer.

Bring your boat! Southwind Marina is right next door, and is the closest marina to the Pensacola Pass and minutes from Perdido Key's white sand beach. The full service marina with 90 wet slips offers daily and weekly rates for our guests. They also have charters available for scuba diving, fishing, dolphin watching or a sunset cruise around the bay.
