Quiet Retreat for longer term bookings- Downstairs apartment 5 miles to FSU

This is a private retreat in a classic, walkable Tallahassee neighborhood. The downstairs guesthouse in this beautiful home is all yours! With warm Mexican tile and a beautifully maintained retro bathroom, you can make this your home for your stay. Guests are provided with a covered carport for parking and are provided a private entrance down the stairs at the back of the home.



This home is being managed by Rent with Integrity Property Management on behalf the owners who live in the main house. We will provide you with a number to call after hours if a need arises or you can send a message here . We ask all of our guests to complete a pre-arrival form and sign a rental contract after booking. You will be sent a link to complete each of these quick items after booking.

The beautiful, established Lakeshore area of Tallahassee is perfect for a walk or jog.

With two living areas and a bedroom, there is plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home. We have a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, games, books, and records to keep you entertained and engaged with loved ones. You can dine in the kitchenette, but our guests especially love to relax and dine on the screened-in back patio under the ceiling fans.

The kitchenette has a full-size refrigerator and sink and so many extra tools (instant pot, electric skillet, hot plate, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, coffee pot), you may not notice what is missing! (No dishwasher or stove.) If you want to cook, we want to give you all the tools and dishes you need to do so. If something you need isn't there, let us know and we will provide it. And don’t forget the gas grill!

You have access to a full washer and dryer (available via an external entrance near the carport).

Guests access everything downstairs except a locked owner storage room. The only potentially shared space is the room with the washer and dryer, and that is reserved primarily for our guests.

Stays over 35 days include a monthly clean every 30 days.

Guests must be able to navigate outside stairs.

Our home is perfect for longer-term stays; the pricing reflects that preference as longer term stays have a much lower daily rate.
While we love furry friends, no pets allowed.
