 Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. A minimum fee of $500 will be charged for unauthorized parties or events, plus any additional cleaning, damages, or extra guest charges.  Our place is intended for quiet enjoyment and accommodation for our guests not exceeding 3 guests unless an exception is authorized by the hosts. All guests must be disclosed at the time of booking.  Undisclosed guests will be charged $50 per person per night and may result in immediate cancellation.

The Place is near several locations of interest: 7 Eleven (1 mins walk); Mosaic Stadium/Roughriders Games (3 mins); Real District/Agribition/Exhibition (4 mins); Pasqua Hospital (4 mins); Regina Cancer Lodge (3 mins); RCMP Museum (6 min); Legislative Building/Wascana Lake ( 6 mins); Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Center (3 mins); Tim Hortons (5 Mins); McDonalds (2 mins); Casino Regina (5 mins); Cornwall Mall ( 9 mins); Wal-Mart (8 mins); YQR(2 mins) Favourite with football fans (close to Mosaic stadium) and other Sports events of various kinds (close to REAL), Agribition & Exhibitions events, and people wanting to stay close to their loved ones admitted at Pasqua Hospital. Equally appeals to the travelling office executives or a team of professionals who needs quiet place to work away from home and office. Each bedroom is WIFI connected with a cozy bed, workstation comprising a desk, office chair; there is a bedside stand with charging ports; a smart TV with unlimited streaming for Netflix, YouTube and Cable News. Each room has independent heater and a thermostat, fresh air regulation system, fire alarm, a walk-in closet and large window for natural light. The living room has elegant entertainment center with a large TV and a warm fireplace, a sofa bed, high dining table with 4 chairs. There is a full kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster; a beautiful bathroom; indoor washer & dryer; iron and ironing board. Access to the family suite is by the side door to the northside of the building and access is protected by two security doors. 4-digit passcodes to each security door will be provided to guests before checking in. Once through the first security door, make your way down the stairs corridor to the next security door to access the family suite using the second passcode. Guests are allowed access to the entire suite. We try to strike a balance between being a good host who loves to personally meet our guests and also respect the privacy of our guests. So, where possible, we will personally welcome and greet our guests and make ourselves available if our guests need us for anything. Otherwise, we keep out of the way and let our guests enjoy their stay in peace.
