With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a spacious loft with its own restroom, there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Plus, the stunning views of Wheeler Peak and the surrounding mountains will take your breath away.

During your stay, you can also take advantage of the community amenities, including an outdoor grill on the 1st floor deck, and a common reading room to relax outside of all the activities. Check in starts at 4:00Pm and Check out is a strict 12:00PM time. The entire property is smoke free. Reservations can only be made by adults over the age of 25YO. ID Verification and an agreement will be required from guest that made reservation. We do not allow parties for any reason. If more than 8 people are found to be entering the home, your reservation will be automatically cancelled without any refunds for unused days. We ask that you keep the spare keys in the lock box in case you accidently lock yourself out of the Condo.
