The Royal Garden Resort complex offers wonderful amenities including a shared indoor and outdoor pool, hot tubs, a kiddie pool, & a full bar/grill. We are located just a few blocks from the Garden City Pier. Your options for live music, restaurants, and fun are plentiful in Garden City! The famous Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk is about a 10 min drive as well! Enjoy!
The primary bedroom features a brand-new KING bed, and a smart TV. It has a full ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a ceiling fan.
The living room has a twin daybed with a twin trundle and a smart TV.
There is a full bathroom in the hall with shower.
A stackable washer/dryer can be found in the hallway as well.
The kitchen has a cook top stove, but no traditional oven. A toaster oven is available, as is a microwave. There's a full-size refrigerator and a breakfast bar.
The balcony is the best part of the condo, featuring beautiful views of the ocean and the pool. There are two tall chairs, a table for drinks, and a shorter adirondack chair for relaxing while reading a book or listening to the waves!

AMENITIES
This property has central heat and air, a dehumidifier, and a ceiling fan in the kitchen.
All bedding will have a mattress cover, sheets, pillows and comforter or bedspread.
We provide a small soap, mini shampoo, a couple of rolls of TP, a roll of paper towels, a few trash bags and some dish soap to get you started.
Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply.
Other details to note
-The unit is managed off-site; therefore, all linens will need to stay in the unit.
-There will be no mid-stay housekeeping. If you would like housekeeping during your stay, that can be arranged for an extra fee.
- We provide a starter pack of toiletries only, and at least one set of towels per guest but you may want to pack extras, including beach towels.
-We will not be held responsible for things out of our control, such as community pool, hot tub, weather, your travel plans, illness, etc. If you do not purchase travel insurance, you will be subject to our cancelation policy should you decide to leave early, arrive late or cancel your stay.
-We will provide two parking passes, but parking spaces are not guaranteed, especially in the summer.
-Guests are not allowed to bring golf carts or trailers into the parking garage. There is parking in front of the building- first come first served.
**BALCONY REPAIRS-SPRING, AUTUMN and WINTER months in 2025/2026 are subject to noise from the resort doing balcony repairs. Typical hours for work are Mon-Fri 9-5.
*Work should cease by mid May 2025, and resume on Sept 2, 2025.
*Our balcony will be closed at some point in the AUTUMN/WINTER season 2025-2026 for repairs.
-Outdoor pool deck will be partially covered during this time.
-The outdoor pool area will close for the season in the AUTUMN (date TBD).
-Be prepared to show your reservation with unit number and number of guests to the pool attendants in order to obtain pool bands. This is to cut down on the public sneaking in without a reservation to use the water features.
