Great place in a Cubao.

Ron’s place is pretty spacious and very clean. It has everything you need for a short stay. The high-speed WiFi works well which is hard to find in Manila. Ron is a very friendly host and responds quickly on inquiries.

It was the center of shopping less than 1/2 mile from our local Family. Travel to and from air port easy by taxi or Grab We did side trips during are stay by Air to Boracay and Victory liner bus to Baguio much like airplane travel.

Walking distance to all activities you could imagine while on vacation...bars, restaurants, shopping, movies, laundry facility close by, grocery across the street, street foods, I can go on and on. Pool is decent size, you can swim laps, gym can use updated equipments but beyond control of the host

Great location. Very close to everything in Cubao. Overlooking Araneta Center on our windows was an added bonus. Whether your eyeing for a fancy restaurant, fast food, laundromat, massage, malls - everything is just around the corner. The place is very clean with everything we needed. The host Ron, replies promptly to any questions that we asked and made sure we’re comfortable in our stay. Highly recommend. Looking forward the place is still available on our next holiday here in Manila.

Host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was as described. All provisions were adequate. Only downside was the Intercom which sometimes worked and sometimes didn't but I'm guessing it's more the Reception desk rather than the unit itself with the problem. Will book again when I return.

Ron the host was ok ,Aircon only in bedroom, black in grout on bathroom shower, needs to be steam cleaned. Electric fan in kitchen area only. I stayed 13 nights,reported no water in kitchen sink, upon leaving, still not repaired. Had to use bathroom water to fill kettle,,yuck. I previously stayed in better condos for cheaper rate,extremely disappointed.

I am sorry you're the only one who are not satisfied! But here are my comments with you and your partner: You are not reading the listing details, it is explicitly stated in my listing that only the bedroom is air-conditioned. You are not reading my communications and not responding to my messages. You damaged the kitchen faucet without reporting to us what really had happened, you just said no water in the kitchen. My co-host called your partner and she was told that the water supply is okay already, thus did not come to fix it. Now we are confused with you both, you don’t know what you are saying. The faucet is working well when you checked-in, you damaged it. You put the rug on a pail with water and left it behind when you checked-out. There is one plate missing, without reporting to us whether you have broken it during your stay or what, and you didn’t even mention it to us. I am so glad that there is only one like you who stayed in my condo. I am just giving you consideration, that is why in my review to you I put 4* and said that I recommend you because I am NOT rude enough to put down someone who gave me business for 13 nights.

Great Condo!

It is a very spacious condo! Double of the space of most condo out there. The separate en-suite master bedroom is great for extra privacy. The SM saveamore just across the street is a huge bonus too! Overall Great!

Two Thumbs Up!

It is a repeat stay in Ron’s condo and as before, it offers the comfort, convenience, and value that are hard to beat in this centrally-located high-rise in Cubao. Bright, wide windows that offer a nice view to the outside from this 18th Flr condo are a bonus. Add to that the ease in contacting hosts Ron and Claire for any questions that you might have. Two thumbs up!

Amazing Host and Place!

Ron is very responsive, he respond very quick for all my questions. The place is conveniently located in the middle of Amanita Center, Cubao, QC, which is walking distance to the malls & restaurants. His place is super clean and very spacious, very comfortable queen and double pull-out bed, unlimited hi-speed Internet is really fast, and other great amenities. We, my co-host (Claire) and I, would love to provide you all, our guests, a satisfactory place to stay in during your vacation. Something like a place you can call a "home away from home". That is why, we are taking a pro-active approach to implementing suggestions and recommendations of our guests.

Guests can access kitchen at the unit, game room, swimming pool, kids pool, basketball/tennis court, and a gym which are free of charge for 3 pax. In excess of 3 pax, the Manhattan administration will charge a reasonable fee on a pay per use basis.

There are a lot of laundry shops within the area and usage of washer and dryer is for a minimal fee. You can bring your own detergent and softener or may purchase at the shop.

The neighborhood is very friendly and accessible to almost everything you need during your stay. At the ground level, there is commercial center with a huge selection of restaurants and fast food chains, coffee shops, convenient stores, laundry shops, spas and massage parlors, pharmacy, banks and currency exchanges, and a bookstore.

My place is close to Araneta Coliseum, Gateway Mall and KIA Theater. The entrance is at the corner of Gen. Roxas Avenue and Gen. Romulo Avenue.

Access any businesses, schools and commercial establishments in Cubao, Quezon City. MRT and LRT2 stations are just walking distance away from the building.

It is also accessible via taxi, uber or grab. Our "only in the Philippines" jeepneys and tricycle are also available near the condominium area.
