With a queen bed, 2 XL Twin beds, and 2 full size futons, CoZyQ comfortably accommodates 6 people…a portable crib and highchair are also provided. Restaurants, shopping, tennis courts, Memorial Park, and the fairgrounds are an easy walk or bike ride away. The Maui Jack’s Water Park and the entrance to Assateague Island National Park are approximately 1.5 - 2 miles away, and the beach is 3 miles away. CoZyQ offers all the necessities needed for a stress free and relaxing visit. No need to haul in bottled water…CoZyQ has a whole house water softener system and a water and ice reverse osmosis system at the refrigerator and kitchen sink. The kitchen is furnished with a plentiful assortment of kitchen essentials and a gas stove to satisfy the desires of the family chef. Both a Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, microwave, dishes, pots and pans, blender, slow cooker, flatware, spices, and other cooking accessories are available. Three TV’s with Roku guest devices and a DVD/Blu-ray player, high speed internet, movies, puzzles, games, and books for various age groups provide entertainment for relaxing evenings. Wall mounted hair dryers, washer and dryer, ironing board/iron, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers, ice packs, a beach wagon, a gas grill and an outdoor shower are provided for your convenience. Additionally, 2 air purifiers and introductory bath/dish/laundry soap, paper towels, and toilet paper are provided. EV charging station (40 amp) is available.
