My husband and I stayed for 3 wonderful nights! The cabin was clean and well stocked. We had everything we needed for a relaxing, peaceful weekend. The king bed in the loft was comfortable. We enjoyed our time sitting outside on the back deck and the deck from the loft listening to the river and enjoying the beautiful scenery; We also enjoyed the hot tub. There are hiking trails near by. It rained one day but there are games, TV with streaming app, plus a dvd player. We still were able to sit outside and listen to the rain. The gas fireplace was nice and cozy. Brad was a great communicator and provided clear instructions. Definitely would stay again and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful river

This property was gorgeous, there’s a lot of nearby hikes as well . Would definitely recommend for others especially couples to come out here to enjoy it !

Peaceful and Romantic

Absolutely love this cabin! It has beautiful relaxing views of the river and mountains, and it's warm and cozy inside. The covered hot tub is perfect, and the cabin has all the amenities you need for a peaceful and romantic getaway.

Perfect place for a relaxing weekend

This place was so perfect. Had everything we needed. Fire pit, hot tub, beautiful view of the river, lots of thoughtful things and notes added to make the stay more comfortable. Very comfy bed upstairs.

What an amazing property! We were looking for a place to unplug from the world and just relax in a comfortable environment. This place checked all of the boxes. We’ll definitely be looking to return! Perfect get away for couples!

A perfect retreat on the river

The cabin is a lovely hideaway; a cozy place to spend a few days to relax watching the river flow. For entertainment, there’s a pile of puzzles, lots of DVDs, and even streaming services. All of the little things you’d need are waiting for you in the kitchen and throughout the home, making the stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay again!

Amazing spot

My Wife and I found this listing and chose it for our 20th wedding anniversary. We could not have been happier with our stay. quiet, clean and very relaxing. a big plus for me was the shower, being able to stand underneath the showerhead with me at 6'4" is a rare thing anywhere outside of my home. I am bookmarking this and we plan on booking it again.

Cabin had all the amenities we needed. Loved our stay. Host was wonderful. Recommend it for a getaway with your honey or friends. We were able to visit a salmon hatchery, hike to some falls, drive through some beautiful nature, fish, hot tub, BBQ and enjoy fires in the fire pit. Sitting on the back patio was heaven. Everett was only an hour away though we found everything we wanted in the local towns of Goldbar, Sultan and Monroe. We saw big foot and took a selfie with a werewolf. Fun trip.

Idyllic Gem

This sweet cabin on the river is the perfect destination to unwind, regroup and be refreshed. We went for an anniversary getaway and it was perfect for two people. The cabin is beautiful and clean, with thoughtful touches interlaced throughout. It’s like a secret gem! We didn’t want to leave and look forward to returning in the future!

A Beautiful Stay

We loved our stay at the cabin. We had Everything we needed to make our three days just perfect. The view out the back is priceless!!! We wished the weather had been better so we could have enjoyed the outside amenities more. We did. however, use the hot tub both nights and it was great! We hope to be able to come back another time. Relaxed and rejuvenated!

We came to this cabin by the river in hopes to get some way overdue R&R—I was on the verge of complete burnout and mentally not well; my fiancé and I found such peace and tranquility at this cabin and the nature surrounding. I feel re-centered and more connected with my Fiance and myself. We will definitely be back!

Couldn't Have Been More Perfect

My wife and I stayed at this lovely cabin for over 10 days, and fell in love with not only the home but the surrounding property. Nestled in a lush, mossy woods next to a picturesque rocky river, wooden bridge, and surrounded by dramatic mountain peaks, this cabin is the perfect place for peaceful, quiet relaxation. We spend many mornings on the patio just soaking in the beauty of God's creation. The cabin was very clean, and Brad and Janet, the property owners, were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would love to return someday!

Amazing!

We loved our stay at this amazing cabin! It could not have been more perfect for our much needed getaway! It was beautiful, peaceful, quite,comfortable,cozy, warm,relaxing and had everything we could want! The view is just gorgeous! Would have spent more time enjoying it outside, but unfortunately the weather was not cooperating. Would never stop us from coming back! Great spot on the river

We very much enjoyed our stay at Whispering Waters. The cabin was quite clean and most things you could want were provided. The hosts clearly put thought into providing relevant supplies and instructions to ensure a comfortable stay. Wonderful views from the property and excellent access to the water. The waterfall and natural landscaping really gave a magical experience. I will say, there is a definite woody/rustic odor to the cabin when you first get there but we quickly became accustomed to it. Road and train noise is audible at times given the proximity to the highway, but is often drown out by the river.

If I could give it MORE stars, I WOULD!!!!

I can't say enough about my stay other than it just wasn't long enough! The cabin, the amenities, the location were PERFECT! I Janet thought of everything I could possibly want/need for my stay. I've read other reviews that commented on how the owner obviously put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable and Janet certainly did. The loft bedroom with the balcony right off of it.....perfection! You can sit out there and listen to the rushing water from the Skykomish and just let every concern drift away. And if THAT doesn't do it for you, the hummingbirds flitting in and out from a tree near the hot tub will. I can't WAIT to go back!

Honeymoon getaway

We spent our honeymoon at this amazing and beautiful cabin. From the minute we parked our car we knew it was going to be perfect. Very easy to get into and it had everything you could need during your stay. The cabin is very cozy and felt like home. It was decorated super cute and was so clean! The views of the river and mountains were stunning. Having direct river access was fun. We used the BBQ and the fire pit almost daily. The hot tub was so nice and relaxing, even during the rain because it was covered. We had coffee and listened to the river every morning. During our stay Brad was so helpful and very kind when we needed help with our car. Glad we actually got to meet him. We will definitely be back next year. Would totally recommend!
