Welcome to Lakeside Layover, your extended get-away or furnished corporate/temporary rental. Lakeside Layover is a fully furnished and well-equipped home, available for rental terms of 30 to 90 days at a time. Additional dates and terms are negotiable. *ALL utilities are included (water, sewer, electricity, trash, wifi) plus weekly yard service and a required monthly housekeeping of the home interior. Lakeside Layover is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a beautifully remodeled, tastefully decorated, cozy space in the heart of Lakeside, Oregon - located in a quiet residential neighborhood, at the end of a cul-de-sac surrounded by friendly, small town neighbors. Fresh new paint throughout, all new vinyl plank flooring and baseboards, new fixtures, lighting, new water heater, refrigerator, microwave and Roku TV. All new rock base for parking area and grounds. It is situated next door to two popular vacation rentals in Lakeside, within walking distance to town and a few minutes to the boat launch, fishing, marina and recreation of Tenmile Lake, the Dunes and minutes from the ocean.

Conveniently located 11 miles to Lower Umpqua Hospital, 15 miles to VA North Bend Community-Based Outpatient Clinic, 16 miles to Bay Area Hospital, 35 miles to Coquille Valley Hospital, 33 miles to Peace Harbor Hospital, 41 miles to Southern Coos Hospital.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen featuring all dishware and dining utensils, cookware, coffee maker, kettles, toaster, mixing bowls, and serving dishes. Full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tons of storage and full size washer/dryer in home. Quality linens and towels provided with tons of closet space. Curl up on the comfy sofa and watch your shows. TV Streaming is available using the included 50 inch Roku TV “guest account” to access your own accounts like Netflix and Hulu. We use tv streaming exclusively, please remember to bring your personal account and password information to access your favorite streaming services. Large covered deck off kitchen and front deck off bedroom with slider. Home is beautiful and fresh. Pride of ownership shows. Enjoy your favorite morning beverage on the large peaceful covered deck, then fire up your ATV and head out to the dunes.

Riding ATVs directly from our property to the designated paved ATV route and dunes is allowed! Lakeside is the only city on the Oregon Coast with city-wide dune access. You can ride to Lakeside's restaurants, friendly coffee stops, marina and grocery store along the approved ATV Route (map is shown in our listing photos). Lakeside Layover is 2.5 miles on pavement from Spinreel Dune Access. Bring your own boat, kayaks, RV, ATV's SXS and UTV's - his home offers plenty of yard space and parking for all your toys and fun, with one large 10’ x 20’ locking shed included. Or rent a water vessel of your choice from Ringo’s Lakeside Marina within minutes from the house. Cruise the lake, go fishing, kayaking, soak up the sun or rent sand buggies and ATV’s at Spinreel Dune Buggy & ATV Rentals.

Have fun on the lake with kayak or boat rentals, with 42 miles of shoreline, encompassing 3,000 surface acres of fishing and water sport fun. Winchester Bay is located 7.5 miles north of the home where you're sure to find a deep sea fishing charter! Eel Lake, the Bay and Tugman Lake are nearby. This house is perfectly located with fun in every direction and close to bigger cities such as Coos Bay/North Bend just 14 miles south and Reedsport, Winchester Bay and Florence to the north. Yes, you can have it all, to enjoy the Oregon Coast and all the outdoor fun it has to offer!

Dogs allowed upon pre-approval and an additional fee (sorry no cats). Pets not allowed on any furniture - Cover furniture to protect from fur, damage and stains. Fully secure, gated side yard included. Guest is responsible for ensuring their pet remains within their own space and does not harass children and neighbors.
NOTE: Excessive barking dogs and yard poop buildup will NOT be tolerated, as we own both vacation rental properties next door - and our vacation rental guests at those properties must not be disturbed in any way. Dog poop must be picked up daily and disposed (double-bagged) in garbage can.

A "starter pack" of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and laundry detergent is provided.

A Ring camera and solar security lighting are included to ensure security in this wonderfully safe neighborhood.

Use of the wood stove is prohibited and has been locked up for guest safety.
