The Island Escape condo is newly renovated and located on the 2nd level of the Colonial Crest Condominium Complex. Perfect home away from home in the Great Smoky Mountains!

Located just two blocks off of Parkway in a cul-de-sac, you’ll have easy access to all of the action the area offers while still being tucked away from the noise and hustle/bust.

This unit has been updated with new floors, fresh paint, a new washer/dryer combo and all new furnishings.

This is not your average condo! We have added lots of extras to entertain you and your family.

Perfect location. Easy access to everything yet a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing location. Walking distance to the Island was a plus. Condo was immaculate and easy to access. Managing host was friendly and helpful. Even called to check and make sure everything was well and left number should we need anything. Would definitely recommend.

It was a great day

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great vacation and a really nice place to stay we will be staying again at this place. It was a real nice place and a real good people around us in a very nice clean pool to play in.

Couldn’t ask for better location, one street behind the strip so you don’t hear all the road noise and people walking but still within walking distance of most attractions. Room was clean. Only had two issues. #1 The bed is awful, which other reviews mention that too but it really is bad. #2 For a 3 night stay with two people they only gave two washcloths and 3 towels. Not necessarily a huge deal, just an inconvenience.
