The apt was very nice. The only complaint is the floor was dirty. It was swept, but not mopped. The shower was also dirty. Otherwise nice place, but maid service needs to mop, and clean shower.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us! We’re glad you found the apartment very nice overall. We’re sorry, though, that the floors had not been properly mopped and that the shower was not as clean as it should have been. We understand how noticeable those areas can be, especially when you’re expecting the home to be fully cleaned before arrival. We appreciate you pointing this out and will share the feedback with our housekeeping team so they can give these areas additional attention going forward. Thank you again for the honest feedback. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again!
