PLEASE NOTE:
• You must be 24 years of age or older to book this property.
• No pets allowed, no smoking, and no fire pits or grills on the property.
• Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department. BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ALLOWED. NO ELECTRICAL VEHICLE CHARGING IS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
• All bedrooms and the living area are equipped with TVs that have streaming services (guests must log in with their own accounts).
• *Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of cancellation, refunds will only be issued if the property is re-rented for the same dates and rental rate. If re-rented, all payments will be refunded, less a our administrative and convenience fee.
If the property is not re-rented, all payments are forfeited.
This cancellation policy supersedes VRBO’s platform settings and applies to all reservations booked through Williamson Realty Vacations.
