The Space:

Step into the charm of this beautifully updated 1890s home in Denver’s Lower Highlands (LoHi)—a neighborhood that blends historic character with a hip, up-and-coming vibe. With four spacious bedrooms, modern updates, and a welcoming ambiance, this home is the perfect retreat for families, friends, and business travelers alike. The main level offers an inviting living area with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV, a dining space fit for group gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen that will excite any foodie. A newly remodeled full bath with a walk-in glass shower and a washer/dryer adds extra convenience.



Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation. The master suite features a plush king bed, while two additional bedrooms each offer queen beds, and the fourth bedroom includes a twin bed plus a dedicated workspace for those needing to check in on work. A second full bathroom ensures ample space for your group. Excellent location- we walked to everything (including a different coffee shop every morning for 4 days). House was so nice and great water pressure on the showers with plenty of hot water. Parking in the driveway in the alley is tight but if you take your time and be patient about it, you will be fine.
