The open living room has ample plush seating, a large TV, and access to the patio. Steps from here, the full kitchen is sure to delight any chef with its gleaming countertops and stainless steel appliances. Start your morning with a cup of joe prepared with a coffee pot, French press, Keurig, or pour over.

Enjoy spending precious moments with the people you love while playing a game of cards, chess, or Scrabble in front of the wood stove. A foosball table and corn hole are soon to be new additions!

The home's bedrooms are equally comfortable and feature soft quilts and central air-conditioning. Attending to every inch of your comfort, a private washer/dryer, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play, and a high chair.

When it comes to location, Peppermint Falls Hideaway is nestled a quick drive away from numerous ski resorts, hiking and biking trails, and even Yosemite National Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
