SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS: Bedroom 1: King bed, 70` smart TV, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 2: Secondary King bedroom upstairs, 50` smart TV. en suite full Bath
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, 50” smart TV w/cable tv. En suite full Bath
Bedroom 4: 2 Double beds, 50` smart TV w/cable tv. En suite full bath. *Queen air mattress available at the home*
KITCHEN: The heart of the home! Oversized kitchen island , quartz countertops. Brand new stainless steel appliances. Dining room table seats 6.
LIVING ROOM: Huge, comfy new sectional, cozy area rug, tons of throw pillows and 65” smart TV set the stage for great conversation, game night, or bingeing sports/movies with your favorite peeps.
LAUNDRY/WORK/PLAY SPACE: Laundry room washer and dryer.
OUTSIDE: Gas BBQ, outdoor dining table comfy outdoor couch.
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME: The home includes Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchen equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, crock pot, tea kettle, traditional drip/single serve coffee maker (ground beans or K-Cups), toaster, blender.
KITCHEN: The home includes the following amenities to accommodate the max number (10) of guests: dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, flatware, wine and drinking glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots/pans, and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons bar tools, grill tools, and more. Basic spices, salt and pepper, olive oil provided.
HOUSE SUPPLIES: Your rental will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods.
OTHER ITEMS: The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer. Ironing boards and irons in master bedroom closet and secondary master closet upstairs.
COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)
LOCATION: Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
ESTIMATED DISTANCES FROM THE VACATION HOME - Empire Polo Fields: LESS THEN 4 MILES! 15 minute bike ride. - Old Town La Quinta: 5-7 minutes - Indian Wells Tennis Garden: 10-15 minutes - Palm Desert/El Paseo: 15-20 minutes - Downtown Palm Springs/Airport: 30-40 minutes - LA/OC/SD: Roughly 2 hours without traffic
GUEST ACCESS- Guests have access to the townhome, private side yard, and Signature community amenities. The rental is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the home through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible! Other things to note….
- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT? Check in is after _4pm_____ local time, and check out is _11am_____. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)
WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY? Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE? Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
IS THE COMMUNITY POOL HEATED? Yes, during the winter the pool is kept around 84 degrees and the hot tub is pre set to 101 degrees.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME? We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS? No we do not. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. We do recommend bringing your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy!
DO YOU ALLOW PETS? No cats, trained dogs for a 150 pet fee We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.
Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.
PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.
VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.
VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.
NOISE ORDINANCE: Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.
Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!
PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).
ON SITE BIKE USE: You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury, property damage, or loss arising from the use of the provided on site bicycles, as well as any accidents that may occur on the property, and you agree to hold the owner harmless. You understand that there are inherent risks associated with the use of bicycles, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment failure, and other injuries. You further understand that bicycle use may present increased dangers to persons under the influence of medication, alcohol, or drugs, and to children who are not carefully supervised.
You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any injuries, damages, or accidents that you or members of your party may incur arising from the use of bicycles or from any other activities occurring on the property. You acknowledge these risks and agree that you assume full responsibility for yourself and all members of your party.
You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner for accidents, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of bicycles, exposure to any plants or natural elements on the property, or any other activities occurring on the premises.
Renter shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the property owner and its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way related to the renter’s stay on the property, including but not limited to the use of bicycles, and including claims for loss or damage to property or for death or injury to any individual.
Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or while using any facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of guests. The house was clean and very well equipped. All appliances worked well and the location is excellent. It’s just a short walk to Ernie’s and the clubhouse. We were celebrating a birthday and the house was a perfect fit. My grandkids especially loved the ping pong table in the garage. There are also 4 electric bikes in the garage which we used to ride around the area. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in the Palm Springs/ La Quinta area. The owner was very responsive by email.
