The villa is surrounded by hills in the distance and is nestled in a small but beautiful garden dotted with fruit and flowering trees. And a terrace garden that facilitates an unhindered view of beautiful sunsets!

Idyllic location far from the traffic and mayhem of Chennai and Chengalpattu and yet close to major and must-see sights. Good place to get together with family and friends and explore the local village, lake and lagoon, and take day trips to popular sightseeing spots.

There's a master bedroom on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and a fairly big balcony with park benches with a view of the hills. There are two other bedrooms that have bathrooms in the hallways. All bedrooms have queen sized beds and an additional queen size mattress is available in the living room for additional guests.

You will have full access to the entire villa, the terrace, balconies and the garden.

There is an abundance of wildlife in the area so if you are averse to or scared of frogs, rodents, lizards, ants and other insects, snakes, etc., this villa is NOT for you. Adequate precautions have been taken to ensure the villa has no easy access to wildlife but I cannot guarantee it is 100% secure.

The villa is located in a gated community where families reside and has 24x7 security. It is not a place for loud booze parties so please do not request booking if that's what you are looking for.

The villa is in a quiet village about 12 min drive from Mahindra World City. D-Mart (supermarket) is nearby for all your needs. Amazon and Swiggy deliver to the villa. but it's good to have your own vehicle for ease of transport as it may be difficult to book rides on Ola/Uber.
