You get what you pay for
Day 1: TV doesn't work; a/c won't go below 75. I found 6 garbage cans blocking the driveways. There is no street parking, I was told there were only two parking spaces, but there are 4 units. Thankfully the other renters were accommodating and allowed room to park. Any communication with Shay was 2-3 hours for a response.Day 2: A/c still does not work, complained again and was told a repair man would come out, he did and shut the whole system down, pipes were frozen with ice. I sent a reasonable request to have the rent refunded for 50% for each day the a/c didn't work as advertised. I was told the request would be forwarded to the owner, so Shay is not in charge. She did have the remote fixed, so at least there is TV. Found more garbage cans blocking the driveway, I think 8 now.Day 3: A/C was fixed. But upon returning the door would not open, I tried numerous times but failed, contacted Shay and received quick responses. Unfortunately, I must have tried the smart lock too many times and it locked up, must be a 3x and your done kind of thing. She tried to tell me where the emergency key was, but I was confused by her instructions, she sent a locksmith, and he found the right key. Unfortunately, from this incident I realized that ALL the units and lockboxes contain the EXACT SAME CODES.Days 4-7: were tolerable, nothing major happened, except cans constantly being in the way, nobody ever came to put them away. Refund for Days 1-2 trouble was never given or discussed.
