Our guest house is equipped with a smart lock so guests can easily self check in.

THE SPACE
This cozy garage apartment has been completely remodeled and features brand new top of the line amenities. Upon entry, the charming walnut staircase invites you to an open concept living quarters which features brand new oversized chairs/sofa beds (both of which fold out into twin beds) A 40” Samsung smart TV offers endless complementary Netflix streaming and can be enjoyed from either living room chairs or dining room table tucked away in the adjacent corner of the open concept space.

The fully functional kitchen also accompanies the living/dining area and features a quartz countertop, marble backsplash, and new GE stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge, and stove/oven). Food delivery options such as Uber Eats and Grubhub are also available if guests would prefer delivery service.

A luxurious farmhouse bathroom equipped with a rain drop shower head is located in the hallway, and is equipped with all toiletries, towels, and shower supplies (conditioner, shampoo, body wash). Beautiful shiplapped walls complete the finishing touches on this well appointed bathroom.

The bedroom features a brand new queen memory foam mattress, with pottery barn linens. The bedroom also features a dedicated work space for guests who need a desk for a laptop to write emails or take zoom meetings using our ultra fast wifi (600Mbps+).

This unique, well-appointed guest house is tucked away behind our bungalow style home, which can be identified from the street by our pesto green door.

Guests have access to the property using the rear parking lot. Guests receive complementary parking for up to 1 vehicle.
