Wir laden Sie ein, zu unserem schönen hawaiianischen Versteck zu entkommen. Das luxuriöse, luxuriöse Reihenhaus befindet sich in einer privaten Wohnanlage im üppigen Mauna Lani Resort. Unser Haus ist wunderschön mit neuen Top-Tropen-Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Lehua-Layout ist ein offener Grundriss mit mehreren Lanais und vollständig einziehbaren Glasschiebetüren, um das Leben im Innen- und Außenbereich von Hawaii bestmöglich zu nutzen. Zu den zahlreichen Annehmlichkeiten zählen der Zugang zu einem Freiformpool und einem Fitnessraum im Villages-Komplex, der Zugang zum Strandpass zum privaten Mauna Lani Beach Club, die Entfernung zu den großen Mauna Lani Resort-Hotels, den Geschäften im Mauna Lani und dem Mauna Lani Spa and Fitness Center.

Obwohl Gourmetrestaurants nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt sind, ist die Küche mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie benötigen, einschließlich Edelstahlkochgeschirr und -geräten, Spülmaschinenfächern, Vorbereitungsinsel mit Spüle und großem Sub Zero-Kühlschrank Granit-Arbeitsplatten und auf der Haupt-Veranda ein High-End-Weber-Grill.

Auf der zweiten Etage befindet sich das geräumige Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett, einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank mit Einbauschränken und einem großen Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken, einer Badewanne und einer Dusche. Es gibt auch einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und eine komfortabel eingerichtete private Veranda. Das zweite Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss verfügt über zwei Einzelbetten, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, einen großen Kleiderschrank und einen Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss.

Das dritte Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett, ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche, einen großen Kleiderschrank und einen Flachbild-Kabel-TV. Auf der anderen Seite der Halle befindet sich ein WC mit angeschlossenem Waschraum, in dem sich eine Fisher Paykel-Waschmaschine und ein Trockner in voller Größe befinden.

Es gibt zwei Veranda im ersten Stock. Die Haupt-Lanai ist mit einem hochwertigen Weber-Grill, einem großen Esstisch für 6 - 8 Erwachsene und zwei luxuriösen Liegen ausgestattet. Zusätzlich wurden Deckenventilatoren installiert, um sicherzustellen, dass stets eine angenehme Brise vorhanden ist. Die zweite kleinere Veranda befindet sich neben der Küche und ist ein wunderbar ruhiger und privater Ort für Kaffee am Morgen, Cocktails am Nachmittag, ein Buch lesen oder einfach die Zeit vertreiben. Einheit beinhaltet kostenloses WLAN und Parkplatz.

We loved your beautiful home and we love the Villages at mauna Lani! We try to come to visit every year. We felt it was very well equipped but missing laundry detergent so I used my own for beach towels and would’ve loved an ice chest to take to the beach.

Aloha and thank you so much for your feedback. Laundry pods are located in cabinet over counter near washing machine. We also have our contact information up to help guest with any questions they may have during their stay and also drop off items that may have been missed. Beach gear, beach towels and cooler was located in guest bedroom closet near front entrance. Villages 621 is an amazing condo, large 3 bedroom 3 bath with an open kitchen and living room. The bbq kitchen lanai, private lanai near kitchen and a private lanai off of the master are all great area to also enjoy. We look forward to your stay with us again. Mahalo.

Cozy & Beautiful

Unit 621 is everything as described. This was the perfect accommodation for my family of four plus my daughter’s friend. The ladies enjoyed their twin bed en-suite, while my soon was a king in the downstairs en-suite. Well built too as the unit shares a wall and we never heard the other guest at all. House is fully stocked for everything you’ll need to prepare meals on. Easy access to the on property gym, pool and jacuzzi as well as a short drive to the Beach Club. Get there early for a cabana or take your time and simply use the beach chairs and umbrella from the unit. Hope to make it back soon!

I have stayed in other properties on the same street that had better amenities, such as spices for cooking, access to garage ( nice to have if you are traveling with bicycles), no restrictions on the AC. Overall it fit our needs but not as accommodating for travelers as other units.

Condo was in acceptable condition but showing its age. Plumbing fixtures were old and were marginal in performance. Weatherstripping on front door allows large insects to enter condo. Kitchen appliances were functional but old. The community pool is small.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband, my two kids and my mom stayed at the condo for ten days. We found it to be roomy and comfortable. The decor was very tasteful. Each room has its own bathroom which is very nice. The kitchen was very well equipped. The outdoor space is pretty and there is a nice grill. There were four boogie boards available to use and even looked like there was some snorkeling equipment. I loved snorkeling at the beach nearby. This is one of my favorite beaches and the restaurant there is good. We could walk to the Mani Lani shops which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a little exercise room available. We were about ten minutes from Hapuna beach. Overall a great place to enjoy the big island and I would stay there again.

We are very shocked by this review, I did the walk through before check-in and the condo was very clean, and in great condition. Our Company never received a phone call or email in regards to the guest not being satisfied with their stay. We have emailed this guest in regards to this review to find out how we could have been more helpful during their stay. The property has is in a great location, minutes away from beaches and a one minute walk to the grocery store and Mauna Lani Shops. This review rating does not correspond with the guests response and we strive to take care of our guests to make them very satisfied; you can see from all of the other reviews on this property that we take pride in our business.

Great Stay with Suggested Improvements

Our group of 6 (single dad w/2 daughters + couple w/1 daughter) very much enjoyed our 6 day stay at this beautiful unit. The unit is very well appointed with lovely & comfortable furnishings, well stocked bath and beach towels, beach/pool gear (w/1 exemption) and nearly all of the needed kitchen gear (dishes, glassware, pots, pans & utensils). We made good use of the beach club going on 4 separate days and enjoyed the pool each day. All this being said there were some areas we believe that could use some enhancements that prevented us from giving only 4 out of 5 star rating. - We knew about the lack of regular coffee maker so we purchased and left a decent 12 cup machine (we hope this stays for the enjoyment of future guests - we found it silly there was only a Kerig single serve machine) - We made good use of the bodyboards, beach chairs and pool noodles but it could really use a beach umbrella that is typically supplied with most rental units - My married couple friends reported that the master bedroom bed was squeaky and a bit sunken on 1 side - And yes the 1 issue that nearly all other reviews mention: there was absolutely no basic kitchen staples (not even salt & pepper!). We find this both ridiculous and maddening!! I don't know if this is an property manager policy, owner issue or COVID concern but as a experienced vacation property renter this is a serious expectation so please get with the times and stock basic supplies or retain the ones left by renters like we did. Lastly just some comments on the "on the ground" issues currently going on in Hawai'i (as of mid-August 2021) that are not related to this unit: - Masks are required for all indoor spaces (stores, restaurants including outdoor dining) - Restaurants are still at 50% capacity so get reservations or get on the waitlist early and know that most hotel dining is not available to outside guests - In case you don't know yet, rental cars are in very short supply & very expensive (4 x higher than my last trip in 2019) so reserve your car early or try a rideshare rental such as Turo So all & all it was wonderful night stay and would consider this property again if the issues above are improved. Fabulous Vacation at Villages at Mauna Lani

Reviewer Comments: The unit is wonderful and quick access to the private beach and pool are unbeatable... we had a great time and even better support from Kohala Coast Properties :) We were traveling with a toddler and when the clothes dryer stopped working it might have been a disaster due to amount of laundry toddlers can generate, but Michelle had a repair person on site within 4 hours on a Saturday which was really above and beyond.Overall the rental is wonderful and worth every penny, but if pressed for constructive feedback I'd mention that there isn't a stereo or speakers you can pair to your phone in the rental (which would be nice to have) and that the shades in the living room might need to be replaced as they seem on their last legs... but otherwise the unit was perfect for us!

A major advantage that should not be missed or forgotten is access to the club area which has a “private” beach with lounge chairs , a beautiful snorkeling area to the left near the rock out droppings and excellent food at the “clubhouse” restaurant . There are beautiful walls on the coast as well .
