Spanning 4,028 square feet, this three-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat features vaulted ceilings, dual fireplaces, a chef’s kitchen, and a private outdoor oasis with a pool, spa, and full outdoor bathroom—perfect for relaxation and entertainment.

The spacious living room boasts grand vaulted ceilings, a romantic fireplace, and an elegant open staircase. The downstairs office with its own fireplace offers a quiet space for remote work or creativity. A gourmet kitchen with a large center island and top-tier appliances flows into the formal dining room, ideal for hosting.

Upstairs, the two-story primary suite includes a sitting area and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. The converted attic serves as a serene meditation and lounge space, while the first-floor media room offers a cozy entertainment retreat. The converted garage functions as a private gym with a rowing machine, dumbbells, a bench, and a punching bag.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard heating rate is $50 per night to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees. Heating to 85 degrees is an additional $30 per night while heating to 90 degrees is an additional $75 per night. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.

2. Monthly Rentals: By booking this property, guests agree to sign a rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after the agreement is signed. Guests staying for 30 days or more are legally required to sign a California Association of Realtors (CAR) form, which will be provided after payment is made.

- For any items left behind after check-out, guests will be charged the shipping costs and an additional service fee of $25.

- A minimum of $25 will be charged per lost or unreturned keys, fobs, or access cards. Please ensure they are returned before check-out.

- All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleanings by our professional housekeeping team. Payment will be requested after booking confirmation.

- Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $250 fine.

- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of the noise level during these hours to respect neighbors and others in the area.

- Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents during their stay. Any damages must be reported immediately to the host to ensure proper documentation.

- Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins provided. If the trash bins are full, please notify the host for further instructions.
