Step into charm with this 1926 property, where each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, convenient nightstands for charging devices, a desk, dresser, and a spacious closet with plenty of hangers for all your clothing. Enjoy the blend of modern comfort and classic character!

Guests have access to the entire upper unit and the yard; however, please note that some doors are secured for owner/cleaner use only.

To help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, please review the following:

*Peace of Mind Coverage:
- We’ve partnered with Safely to provide damage protection for just $10 per night. This coverage offers added peace of mind for both you and the property throughout your stay.

* Rental Agreement:
- All guests are required to sign a rental agreement to complete the booking. For stays over 30 days, a residential lease is also required.

* Please Note:
- Do not tamper with any devices, internet, or exterior cameras.
- Our wood floors are soft—please remove your shoes upon entry, especially high heels.
- Pets are welcome, but must not be left unattended.

* Pet Policy:
We love hosting furry friends, but a few guidelines apply:
- Please notify us at booking if you plan to bring pets (limit 2).
- Include details about their size, breed, and confirmation that they are house-trained and well-behaved.
- A non-refundable $100 pet fee applies per stay. Any damages or extra cleaning beyond this amount will be the guest’s responsibility.
- Please clean up after your dog when using the yard.
- Pets that bark excessively or are prone to destruction may not be left alone in the unit.
