paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we loved how quiet, peaceful, and close this villa was to the water - about 200 feet. we fell asleep to the ocean waves! Kitchen was well-appointed and plenty of space in the home to unpack and relax for the week.

Private paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What a beautiful garden and idyllic beach! The snorkeling is good on the right hand side (as you look out to sea) of the beach - especially when the tide is low! When the tide is high the current can be QUITE strong. We saw turtles!!! The house is very clean and well equipped and even the Murphy bed in the den is comfortable. Some things that folks should know - all the rooms have pocket doors so there is not much sound proofing between rooms. The washer dryer worked great and were very helpful. Its the tropics, so ants can be an issue but if you put ALL your food in the fridge, they go away. Finally, it is a little ways to a grocery store so stop on your way to the house.

Absolute Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying in this quaint beach cottage. The kitchen and unit had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week and make our own food. Air conditioning worked great and there were splits in every room including the loft. Our son loved sleeping on the futon in the loft and having his own private space. Bathroom was roomy and clean and the stacked washer and dryer were a plus. The Murphy bed room had plenty of space to set up our laptops for when we needed to send work emails. We shared the beach with local fishermen and the snorkeling was amazing at low tide and when the swell was low. Plus, our son loved hanging out on the balcony with the two very friendly resident kitties/rodent control. We will definitely reserve again if we're lucky enough to visit Kauai again.
