H&O is perfectly located in the historic and highly walkable Music Row neighborhood. With tree-lined sidewalks, dedicated bike lanes and a sought after central location, you're only steps from the best dining, shopping, parks, and entertainment destinations. Just steps from Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12 South, the Gulch and a short ride to downtown, the location is perfectly situated to everything there is to do in Nashville.
Getting Around:
Very walkable neighborhood. Quick 1.2 mile uber or drive to Broadway.
Other Things to Note:
Parking in the garage (free) is unassigned and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additional free street parking also available. The pool opens in May and Closes October 31st for the season.
IDENTIFICATION: Primary guest will be required to provide government identification due to city ordinances and/or HOA Rules. A Drivers license, passport etc, And a photo of themselves that matches the government ID.
CREDIT CARD: Guests will be required to have credit card information on file.
