We are so pleased to welcome you to our cottage. To ensure a comfortable and peaceful experience for all guests and neighbours, we kindly ask that you observe the following house rules:

1. Quiet Hours

To maintain a calm and restful environment, quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time, both indoors and outdoors.

2. Hot Tub Use

The hot tub is not to be used during quiet hours. We also ask that you do not connect to the Bluetooth speakers integrated with the hot tub at any time. Thank you for helping us preserve the serene atmosphere of the property.

3. General Noise Levels

Sound travels easily in cottage country. Even with windows closed, we ask that music, conversations, and other noises be kept at a respectful volume to avoid disturbing nearby residents.

4. Fireworks

For the safety of our guests, wildlife, and the surrounding environment, fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times. If fireworks are used during your stay, it may result in the immediate termination of your reservation.

5. Garbage Disposal

We kindly ask that you take all garbage and recycling with you upon departure. Any waste left behind will incur a $100 disposal fee, as our rural location does not support local garbage pickup.

This cottage is a place of peace, relaxation, and respect for nature and community. Please help us preserve that spirit by treating the space and our neighbours with care and consideration.

By choosing to stay with us, you acknowledge and accept these house rules. Violations may result in early termination of your reservation, and we kindly ask that you refrain from leaving a negative review in such circumstances.
