Welcome to Pacific Villa! Open-air living, sheer curtains blowing in the warm ocean breeze, this is what dreams are made of when you stay at our newly built, upscale beach bungalow. After a day in the sand, stop by the heated outdoor shower before grabbing cocktails from the wet bar, & lighting up the fire pit on the back patio. Super sleek interiors set the perfect ambiance to hang out and unwind. At sunset, step out to an outdoor grill & al fresco dining table, inviting you to admire the view.

The spacious kitchen has a gas stove, tons of counter and storage space, and a sleek island with bar seating. Take your pick between two different living rooms on the first floor, each with a TV that can stream your favorite shows or movies. Outside the vanishing sliders, you`ll find a great outdoor area with a grill. Rinse off in our fresh water heated outdoor shower on the way back from the beach!

Enjoy central air conditioning in the entire house and an additional mini split unit on the 3rd floor, since it gets a bit hotter on the third level.

On the third floor, you`ll find an additional living room area with the nicest view in the house along with an additional guest bathroom, sink, and small fridge. The top level also opens up to a balcony with awesome ocean views.

On the second level, choose between two rooms with queen beds that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom or the master bedroom with a king sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, and another private balcony overlooking the water.

Parking Details:
The garage has parking for 2 vehicles.
Please be aware that large vehicles will not fit inside the garage.
Street parking for a limited time, be aware of restrictions.

Sitting right between San Diego and Los Angeles, Oceanside is a classic beach town that makes every day feel like summer vacation. Stroll the bungalow neighborhoods to experience relaxed SoCal vibes, lounge on the beach, or explore the East-Coast-style harbor and historic pier. There are plenty of dining, surfing, and entertainment options, and the prime location makes it easy to visit other must-see attractions in the surrounding areas of California. Locally known as O`side, this quaint yet buzzing coastal haven is a one-of-a-kind destination.

You will have private access to the entire place.

Legoland (10 mins), San Diego Zoo-Safari Park (20 mins), Sea World(30 mins) and the San Diego Zoo (40 mins). Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 10-20-minute drive.

Expect to be able to walk, bike, or short ride everywhere you`ll want to go nearby. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The Oceanside train station is nearby as well.

This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home.

Local Attractions: Oceanside City Beach, Oceanside Fishing Pier, Strand Beach, Oceanside Harbor Beach, Legoland, Goat Hill Park, Local Tap House, 333 Pacific, Hunter Steakhouse - Oceanside, The Shoppes at Carlsbad.

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.
This is a smoke-free home. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
