The room was very clean and the view was beautiful. The walk to pier park was quick and easy. Definitely will be booking this room again for any future trips to PCB!

4th of July Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was awesome, the parking was not so great due to you spending $60 but still having to find parking on different levels. The condo itself was good, nice updated kitchen, need so updates on furniture and there was a constant water running sound in the closet where the washer and dryer, hotwater heater is.Also the noise from the elevator was not a problem, but if you're a light sleeper the pool noise is going to be a problem, especially at night.

Had a great stay. Loved the location. We always love to stay on the 3rd floor. No noise what so ever from the elevators that are right outside the door made it very convenient to use. Just love sitting in the deck and enjoying the view and the sounds of the waves.

Condo was very clean and even had a fan which was so nice as we were only down for two days. Access to condo was so easy and the bed was pretty comfy.

Sweet Spot near everything
