We had a wonderful stay and the space was a perfect fit for me and my family to enjoy LA. There was plenty of room to relax and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was helpful to have since we were in town multiple days and in and out. The area was great. Many restaurant options within walking distance which made it very convenient. No issues or barriers with our time there.

Homeless CENTRAL all around this place. Homeless tent city all around . Didn't have hot water for 1.5 days . Was locked out for 30 minutes because front door key fob was broke.Host is not a good communicator. The host has yet to respond about us being locked out. Luckily I got in after we ate our dinner in the hallway.1 bathtub never shuts off. Seating is limited . Literally has a char for a table as a bar stool .Very limited cookware .Wouldn't recommend and am requesting a partial refund due to taking cold showers which the have yet to respond to. Also extra charge after booking for parking spot

The host helped make the check-in process as smooth as possible. The key fob-required system for accessing the building helped ensure the safety of the property. The surrounding area is typical Downtown LA, but the building itself is more safe and quiet. The location was great, with access to attractions like The Broad and Grand Central Market just blocks away. The building is also close to the Metro, so other sights can be reached via the easy to use Metro system as well. Overall, this was a great place to stay right in the heart of downtown with lots to do nearby! Thanks again!

We had a group of 7 stay here. There was ample sleeping space for all of us. We had a brief issue with hot water and the host resolved it immediately. Easy walking distance to tons of great restaurants and museums, and two blocks from the metro. I would gladly stay again.

In town for a Concert

The house was safe and secure. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The home was equipped with almost everything we needed. There were weddings daily with live music which I enjoyed from the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. We didn't go up to the pool because it was too cold. Parking is tight but convenient.

Where do I begin? Let’s see the check-in process was very easy and simple even though I arrived early they were very accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean. Little minor touchups hair and there as to be expected. I would definitely book with this guy again. I am saving this for my future trips and just wanted to say thank you again for showing me and my grandmother a really good time. Hope to book again and if your looking for a nice and quiet, relaxing place to book this one here is by far my number one pick

Guests be ware!!! I give this place 3 stars for the rooftop outdoor view of the buildings, and cleanliness of the apartment bedrooms and bathrooms at check in. Parking is convenient, but an additional 30/night. The apartment was run down, furniture was broken, and the place smelled of smoke at check in. We were checked in by the host’s assistant’s assistant, who provided me a number to call with any questions. I texted host with questions at the number at check in, and never got a response. I brought up broken barstools issue on this site with host, and the issue was not solved. Then, I was asked to leave a 5 start review in exchange for a 40 credit! I do not want a bribe, I want transparency and communication from both the host and Vrbo. I want to read honest reviews. I understand that places can’t be perfect, but transparency and communication is key and that did not happen during my stay.

Host was fineA few handoffs to others making the “on the ground” connection aka letting us in and instructing us on the app required to get in and out of the building Also, part of town was verrrrry sketchy. Being from out of town, the marketing that described this cute rooftop etc…. Didn’t exist. The apt is concrete Little or no appeal But we were fineAnd the kitchen was a nice size. Only one stool for the island, which was a miss. Needs more seating that way.
