Combining two side-to-side lavish penthouse suites, this now one expansive residence offers a sophisticated mountain retreat with custom ceilings, rich wood flooring, and premium finishes throughout.
Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, this ultimate penthouse features four elegantly appointed bedrooms:
• Bedroom A: King bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa-inspired steam shower and dual vanity sinks.
• Bedroom B: A queen-over-queen bunk bed with an additional twin trundle bed, perfect for families or groups.
• Bedroom C: King bed with an ensuite bathroom featuring a spa-inspired steam shower and dual vanity sinks.
• Bedroom D: A queen-over-queen bunk bed with an additional twin trundle bed.
With two fully equipped chef’s kitchens featuring premium Bosch appliances, striking copper sinks, and spacious islands for entertaining, this penthouse is designed for indulgence. The dual living areas, each centered around a sleek fireplace, offer ample space for relaxation. Step onto two private balconies to soak in panoramic gondola and Peak 8 slope views.

Guests enjoy full access to the studio and all resort amenities at One Ski Hill Place, including the aquatics center (indoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, and fitness center), the spa located just across the hall, a private ski locker room with slope access, game rooms, media lounge, and a boutique bowling alley.
Your stay also includes a reserved space in the heated underground garage and complimentary access to the resort’s private shuttle, which will take you anywhere in town within a five-minute drive.
Guests also have the option to rent our exclusive Mini Clubman JCW vehicle and access curated local rentals, guided tours, and in-home services through our concierge marketplace—perfect for creating a tailored and elevated Breckenridge experience.
Your stay includes access through electronic key cards and/or parking passes provided during check-in. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be collected through our secure verification partner prior to your arrival, covering potential replacement fees. This deposit is entirely refundable upon returning all key cards at check-out. Please note that if multiple cards are not returned, additional fees will be incurred.

As part of our safety and compliance process, all guests complete a brief identity verification through our trusted screening partner after booking. In some residences, check-in staff or front desk personnel may also confirm your ID upon arrival, similar to standard hotel procedures. We do not host guests under 25 at this location; the primary renter must be over 25. These measures ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
