The host was transparent in what instructions were needed to be done during and after our stay,
I cannot download the picture of the condo, but is definitely not what is advertised as a skyline condo. I will be honest and say it is charming place but has a few quirks

The listing for the property says it has two bathrooms. There s only one. Other reviewers have also noted this. This needs to be corrected!!! I brought this up to the owner but received no response from him.

You get what you pay for

The host did not clearly communicate the check-in process. He said he would meet me at the property, but an hour before check-in, he sent the pin to unlock the door. Additionally, he provided the wrong address, which led us to a very sketchy area. The duplex has several flaws. The flooring is uneven and lifted, the floors are grimy, the blinds are dirty and broken, and the guest room had ants. It is also poorly stocked; the extra pullout beds did not have additional linens or pillows. I would only recommend staying here if you are looking for a cheap and convenient location. It is not as comfortable or cozy as I had expected.

Super Comfortable, Slightly Confusing

The property was lovely and the host was very communicative leading up to and throughout our stay. I have two gripes: first, on the listing on the website it says that the unit has two bathrooms but only shows one in the photos and in reality only has one. We were able to work with it, especially since we had the feeling from the photos that it would end up only being one, but could be more transparent. Second, the address that we first received was incorrect--we were given the address of a nearby motel at first and I had to contact the host on the spot to get the correct address a few blocks away. Luckily the host was responsive, but it sure did give us a spook that we had been scammed for a moment! Not sure if these things could be oddities with the website itself rather than mistakes on the part of the host. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and welcoming and definitely contributed to us having a great visit to East LA.

Great location

I will have to say that overall this place was a great location. There were a couple of disappointing items that the owner never responded to. There were no towels in the condo. We had to borrow some from family. We were given the incorrect address. I did see this in another review but not until after our stay had started. Also, the main reason I chose this condo is because it was two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms! IT IS ONLY ONE bathroom. I let the owner know this and they did not respond to me. Also, there were ants in one of the bedrooms. Hopefully, the owner addresses these issues to improve for the next renters. She asked for a 5-star review. I told her I would give her one and explain these issues in a private message. I did do that and I have not heard back. I would imagine I will now.Also, be prepared. The outside is painted a terrible black color. YEP! A black house. To each his own.

To begin with this absolute horrible stay we had, We got the wrong address and we were in a motel parking lot for about 30 minutes before we got the real address and when we got to the house first there was no on site parking like the description said and when we asked where to park our car he said to park it on the side of the road like the other cars and the next day we woke up to a ticket given to us so that was the first lie told to us. Once we entered the house there was this aroma it just smelled like dust and dirt like an old garage as I went to go check out the house there was multiple cracks in the floor board and this is where the second lie comes in, in the description it says that there is 2 bathrooms when there’s only one bathroom that was very very small and the shower wouldn’t even work properly and then the beds in the description it says it sleeps 7 people 1 king 1 queen and 3 twins but in the house there was 1 king 1 queen and 1 twin and then 2 rolling beds which were in the most disgusting condition ever it looked like they got it out of a trash can which also reminds me how disgusting the house actually was I don’t think they’ve cleaned the house in the past month the floor boards are disgusting you can’t walk around bare footed or even with socks on and the fridge was filthy it there was a half open bottle of champagne and there was food left over from what I think the people who had the house before us. This was the worst experience I’ve had.
