Our home is located inside an amenity rich, private gated community which offers access to 4 swimming pools, 3 clubhouses, 2 lakes, 1 swimming beach, paddle boats, mini golf , multiple playgrounds, basketball & tennis courts and a dog park. Guest passes may be obtained directly at the pool for a fee of $12 per person, per day. If you plan to use the swimming pools during your stay, please make sure to ask for a PURPLE pass at the security gate when presenting your license and registration. The purple pass must be presented at the swimming pools to purchase amenity passes.

We use a web-based system called Happy Guest, and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!
