✔ Hot Tub: Damages to the hot tub, including misuse or failure to follow instructions, may result in additional charges.
✔ Check-In & Check-Out Extensions: Early check-in and late check-out are available for $25 per additional hour and must be requested ahead of time. Approval is subject to availability.
✔ Pets: All pets under 60 pounds are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $150 per pet, per stay.
✔ We are available for both Short-Term and Long-Term Stays.

✔ Do not move or remove furniture, décor, or electronics—damages will be charged.
