- Parking: Due to limited space, you may only park 2 vehicles on the property. Boats, trailers, and motorcycles are not allowed.
- Fireworks & Laser Pointers: The discharge of fireworks is illegal within city limits and is strictly prohibited on the property. Laser pointers are also illegal and should not be used.
- Age Requirement: If booking for a group of individuals, all persons must be 25 years of age or older. This policy does not apply to parents with children, but in those cases, the parents must be over 25.
- Family-Friendly: We cater exclusively to families with children. We do not cater to chaperoned student groups unless all guests are over the age of 25.
