Equipped with spacious bedrooms: The first bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 twin beds with ensuite bathroom. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Brand new mattresses.

This listing is for 1 of 2 condos, adjoined by a shared breezeway and pool. The listing for the other condo is “Starfish”. The listing for “Brisa Do Mar” combines these condos for a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 baths.

New wall mounted TVs throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Brand new private heated wading pool (3 1/2 feet deep) with sun shelf and seating bench. “Coral Reef” accommodates up to 6 people. Beach chairs, beach towels, beach cart are provided at this property. Private parking for 2 cars.

The lush tropical landscaping is illuminated at night creating a special experience and private porches and outdoor seating are provided for lounging and al fresco dining. Private washer and dryer on site. There is also a propane grill.

“Coral Reef” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
• Bedroom # 1, King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
• Bedroom # 2, Twin Beds (2) - Sleeps: 2
• Living Room, 1st Floor: Queen Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collect. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy.

POOL HEATER POLICY: Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool. This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 20-25 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).
