The Space:
Each bedroom was carefully curated and inspired by the beautiful views surrounding the home. You’ll find memory foam mattresses, cozy bedding, and plenty of space for your belongings.

Inside:
Step into this luxury cabin, where an open floor plan and grand stone fireplace create a warm, inviting atmosphere—perfect for cozy evenings or romantic moments. The heart of the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, featuring a center island with a built-in stove, a full-sized refrigerator, and all the essentials for preparing family meals. The dining area seats six, with a half bath and laundry closet nearby.

The main-level bedroom boasts a king-sized memory foam bed framed by four authentic tree trunks, with lanterns adding a rustic charm. Its ensuite bath offers dual vanities and a luxurious walk-in shower with multiple shower heads for a spa-like experience.

Upstairs, the loft game room entertains with air hockey, foosball, and more. A cozy nook bedroom with a bunk bed sleeps three, and a nearby full bath features a relaxing soaker tub with a shower combo. The upper bedroom, with a king-sized memory foam bed, offers serene nature views.

Outside:
Unwind on the front porch of this luxury cabin, where the soft glow of string lights casts a warm, inviting ambiance against the backdrop of towering trees. Sink into one of four handcrafted craftsman-style rockers, the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy a peaceful evening breeze. Guest Access:
During your stay, you’ll have full access to this incredible property, excluding non-guest areas such as maintenance and storage rooms. The exterior door is secured with an E-Lock system that requires a unique access code for entry. Your personalized code will be provided through our guest app and is changed after each reservation for enhanced security.

Whether you're exploring the Smoky Mountains, visiting Dollywood, or enjoying local dining and entertainment, everything is just a short drive away. Smoky Mist Ridge is your ideal escape for both adventure and relaxation.

Getting Around:
The most convenient way to explore the area is by personal vehicle (car, truck, or SUV). However, there are several other transportation options:

> Pigeon Forge: Ride the Fun Time Trolley, with fares from $1.00 to $3.00 (children under 3 ride free).
> Gatlinburg: Enjoy the Gatlinburg Trolley—completely free!
> Rideshare & More: Uber, Lyft, taxis, and private limo/shuttle services are also available for added convenience.

Please note: If you're visiting during the winter months, be prepared for possible icy or snowy road conditions.

After booking, you’ll receive an invitation to complete a quick and secure pre-arrival confirmation. This step helps verify your identity and confirm that your reservation details match your payment information. Please note: Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this process is completed. For security, the door access code will only be provided once your information is verified. If we need any additional details—such as an updated photo ID or signature—we’ll reach out to you promptly using the contact information you provided when you booked the property.

Occupancy:
Maximum 7 guests. All guests, regardless of age, should be accounted for on your reservation.

Sleeping Arrangements:
This cozy and well-appointed cabin comfortably sleeps up to 9 guests, with thoughtfully designed spaces across two levels:
- Main Level: 1 King bedroom with convenient access and restful ambiance
- Upper Level: 1 King bedroom for added privacy and comfort
- Upper Level Nook: 1 bunk bed with a twin-over-queen configuration (sleeps 3). Please note: due to weight restrictions, only children should use the top bunk.
- Additional Sleeping: 1 queen-size inflatable mattress is available (sleeps 2)

On-Site Private Parking:
Flat parking for 2 full-size vehicles - Please do not exceed 2 vehicles. Parking on the street is not allowed. - No RV’s, fifth wheel, gooseneck, or campers are allowed at this property.

WiFi & Entertainment:
Enjoy free, high-speed guest wireless internet for your favorite mobile devices. 4K HD Smart TVs are located throughout the cabin. These TVs allow you to use your own streaming service login to enjoy Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Disney+, HBO, and many more, or enjoy live channels provided at no additional cost.

Kitchen:
Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinets, granite countertops and all the needed appliances and cookware. Coffee bar complete with Keurig drip or K-Cup coffee maker.

Laundry:
An on-site, private washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron are available for use during your stay.

Amenities:
We provide a small "starter pack" of luxury shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, and makeup towel in each bathroom. Paper towels, dishwasher pods, K-Cup coffee pods, ground coffee packs, disposable coffee filters, liquid coffee creamer, sugar packs, salt & pepper, cooking oil, & trash can liners. These are travel-size items, please plan accordingly by bringing your favorite items from home or you may request additional amenities via our guest app.

Pets & Service Animals:
No animals or pets are allowed at this property, including service animals, due to the homeowner’s severe allergy to pet dander. Please contact us 72 hours prior to arrival for discounted pet boarding options.

Smoking & Vaping:
No smoking or vaping is permitted indoors.

Security & Compliance:
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, security cameras capable of recording audio and video are installed at all entrances and parking areas. These cameras are used for security, occupancy compliance, and enforcement of our no-pets policy. They do not have visibility into private exterior or interior spaces, and there are no cameras or audio recording devices inside the cabin.

Additionally, the cabin is equipped with environmental sensors that monitor for smoking, vaping, and excessive noise to help maintain a pleasant stay for all guests and ensure consideration for our neighbors. Tampering with, disconnecting, or covering any camera or environmental sensor will result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund and deposit forfeiture.

Refunds:
Our cancellation policy, as outlined on the booking site or platform, will apply to all reservations. Refunds are not issued for weather-related events or natural disasters, and all credit card processing fees will be deducted from any refund. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which is available during the check-in process.
