There are two bedrooms: The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom exudes modern elegance, boasting a sleek design and sophisticated ambience. The plush king-size bed promises ultimate comfort, while the expansive walk-in closet provides ample space for your wardrobe.

The second bedroom is designed for comfort and creativity, with a delightful pink and white bunk bed perfect for an extra guest. The home office offers a versatile space, including a comfortable sofa bed that can quickly transform into a sleeping area. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries for your convenience.

Shoreline Apartments are located towards the eastern end of the Trunk of Palm Jumeirah. Palm Jumeirah sits on the Arabian Gulf with a wonderful view of the coastline of Dubai and the iconic sail-shaped hotel, Burj Al Arab. The community is located near Knowledge Village, Dubai Internet City, and Dubai Marina.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
